3. User‟s PC set up

1. Add Trusted Sites

1.1 Click on “Tools”in Internet Explorer menu.

1.2 Click on “ Internet options” at the bottom of “ Tools”

1.3 Click on “ Security" tab in “Internet options”

1.4 Then select “ Trusted sites”

1.5 Click “ Sites” button

1.6 Type http://*.sae-a.com in the “Trusted sites” add zone

1.7 De-select “Require server verification (Https;)”

1.8 Click “Add” button

1.9 Repeat 1.7 ~ 1.8 steps

1.10 Close the “Trusted Sites”

2.1 Download below file from Microsoft Download

no need to re-install if your Pc has it already.

2.2 Proceed to installation of downloaded file.

Establish S.C.M Log In

1. S.C.M is web based system which you can access through Internet Explorer by typing http://scm.sae-a.com In

the address field

2. click “Fabric” icon

3. After typing your pre-given ID and password , press “Log in “ button.

4.1. ESTABLISH Log In


4.2 Initial Information

Screen detail:

In the above screen you can see your company details which has been registered by SAE-A upon first time access.

If you want to change PWD (password), go back to this page.

Except “PWD” field, all other fields are inactivated.

Menu -> Initial Information

Checking password

1. Click “Search” button

2. Then, you can see your current password.

Changing password

1. Select the field “PWD” and type new password

2. Once completed, Click “save” button


4.3 Order Status

Screen detail:

You can search PO issue status in the above screen

Your PO status can be tracked down by PO revision no.

Menu -> Order Status

Search method

1. Type the buyer/Style/ Po no. in “Search Conditions” (If blank isn‟t filed, the whole record will be shown on the

screen)

2. Once typed (at least more than 3 words of any blank) , click the “Search” button to track the record.

3. “C/O” is shipment destination Country of Origin.

1. One who has no problem to upload shipping data by „copy/paste editor program‟ does not have to

refer to the XML option – view XML/upload XML/download date/upload date.

2. Purchase Order view

Click “View” button of the order status screen, PO is provided in PDF file.

Pls click the “Template” button.

2. Purchase Order XML download

1) Click “Download” button -> XML file of PO is downloaded to your system.

2) When you click “Download” button -> Downloaded date is changed.

3) Code mapping between downloaded PO XML file and your internal data to convert our PO detail into your form

4.3 Order Status (Download PO - XML)


Screen Detail :

In this page, You can upload shipment data by generating shipment „XML file‟.

One who has no problem to upload shipping data by „copy/paste editor program‟ does not have to refer to

the XML option – view XML/upload XML/download date/upload date

Fyi, there are 2 ways to upload ; generating „XML file‟ & using „Editor Program‟.

Menu -> Order Status -> Upload(XML file)

Shipment data upload method with XML option

1. Example of XML shipment data

Pls click the “Upload” button.

2. Shipment data XML upload

1) XML shipment upload schema -> please refer to next page

2) Code mapping between your internal data and shipment XML file to convert your shipment data into Sae-a form

3) Click “upload” button -> XML file of shipment is uploaded to Sae-a SCM system.

4) When you click “upload” button -> Uploaded date is changed.

Above „red highlighted schema‟ should match exactly with the shipping information of „Vessel Status‟(page 25~26

of the SCM manual) so it‟s mendatory for you to search/type a shipping information existing in the Vessel Status.

Menu -> ①Order Status -> ②Upload(XML.file) -> ③Find(XML.file) -> ⑤Upload(XML.file)

Once shipment XML file uploading is successfully completed, you can find below message with above screen.

When you generating XML file,

Please check „Vessel Status‟(page 25~26 of SCM manual) and use the same information which you searched from

„Vessel Status‟ for below shipment information.

Please click the “confirm” and you can see below follow capture screen.

You can see unmatched Vessel information in Orange colorblock. And automatically , you can choose correct

Vessel information as below pop-up screen, and select one & click “submit” button.

If you can not find any other Vessel information, you can click the “NEW” button, fill-in the correct vessel information.

If you want to delete uncorrect vessel information, you can select “white color raw” portion & click the delete button.

1. Click “Shipping Registration” and “ Search”

1.1 Fill in each blank field.(Departure/Arrival or BL.No. or ETD date)

1.2 Once completed, click “Search” button

2. Select your current shipment B/L NO or Container no. you want to upload shipment information


(shipment upload – „Editor Program‟)


3. Shipment Upload by using Editor Program – manual shipment data input in the SCM web site

3.1 Click the raw that you want to input shipment data and then click “Upload” button of above screen.

3.2 Fill in your shipping information (Lot No/Roll/KG/YDS) one by one manually by „Invoice date‟ in the SCM web

site as below screen.

3.3 If you complete, click “Submit” button




3.4 If it is successful, you can find “Data has been sent” comment box as below screen.

4. Shipment Upload by using Editor Program

– excel file shipment data upload (recommendable in case shipment data is too big to input manually)



4.1 If you want to upload shipment data with „EXCEL file‟, pls click the “Template Download” button.


4.2 Then you can find excel converted chart (form) as below screen.

4.3 Input data - Lot No/Roll/KG/YDS.

4.4 for your ref., Pcs is for flatknit(Yoko) and Yds is for fabric.

7.6.1 Select the subject that you want to copy and press Ctrl+C Key .

4.5 Save shipment data updated “Excel file” in your computer data folder.




4.6 Click” Template Upolad” button and then find the saved(shipment data) EXCEL file, upload it.!!!

Example of Errors

9.1 LOT no. FH1234, ROLL no. 1 in the row 2 and 4 are repeatedly typed.

9.2 Row no. 5: LOT no., ROLL no., KG, (YD, CUT, PCS) are missing

9.3 Row no. 6: KG, (YD, CUT, PCS) are missing

9.4 Row no. 7: KG, (YD, CUT, PCS) are missing

9.5 You always must fill LOT no. ROLL no., KG, (YD, CUT, PCS)

10. Click “refresh” button to trace transmitted document

4.7 Click the “Submit” button for completing the excel file upload to Sae-a SCM web site.




4.5 Shipping Status

Screen detail :

You can search and review the uploaded shipment status in this page

Menu -> Shipment Status

Search steps

1. Choose „container No.‟ or „BL No.‟ or „Style No.‟ by dropdown button next to „Search by‟ and then, type

relevant type of detail ( If not typed any, the total shipping status will be shown)

2. Click “search” button


4.5 Shipping Status

Packing List View

1. After searching shipment status, double click the record (raw) you want to review.

2. You can see shipment detail as below page.


4.6 L/C Status

Screen detail :

You can check whether a certain LC is opened or not

Menu -> L/C Status

Search method

1.Type in the blank field of Search conditions

2. Click the “search“ button

3. You can find opened L/C# and status.


4.7 Vessel Status

Screen detail :

You can check both pre-registered vessel schedule and shipment schedule.

Menu -> Vessel Status

Search method

1.Type in the blank field of Search conditions

2. Click next “search“ button

After searching vessel status, you can see vessel shipment status as below screen or vessel schedule.
