FERROTEC is a two component system which is used for reducing ring jam and skull formation in case of hot metal / pig iron ladles. Use of FERROTEC helps in reducing temperature loss, conditions slag and results in cleaner ladle.

FERROTEC-SF :

This is a powder flux which acts as a powerful and active slag conditioner. It reacts with slag and makes it more fluid thus reducing skull build up and minimizing ring jam formation. The product is exothermic in nature.

FERROTEC-IC :

This is a light weight highly insulating powder which acts as ainsulating covering compound. It minimizes heat loss due toradiation from the top surface of liquid metal in the ladle.
