Physical change takes place in materials when they undergo changes in size, shape, and state but not its kind or composition under certain activities or conditions like, cutting, tearing, melting , pounding, bending breaking, crumpling, etc. It may appear different but it is still the same inside.
Activity 3- Light a candle. Observe the wax of a candle while it is lighted. a. What happens to the wax? Now, blow off the light of a candle. b. What happens to the wax as it cools?. Light the candle again, c. What happens to the wax again? What change is involved here? Why?
