Schur Compact Palletiser

The Schur Compact Palletiser – SCP – is designed to meet the demands for cost effective palletising of stable products. It handles a wide range of products from carton, boxes, trays to strapped newspaper bundles. Flexibility is the primary goal for the SCP, which is available in a number of versions, from semi automatic to fully automatic with a number of additional features.

– Compact Footprint –The actual size of the frame and the flexible design of the SCP allow for the setup of very compact designs, which ensures maximum utilization of the available floor space.

– Multiple Configurations –The SCP is modularly built, which allows for the creation of the most optimal configurations in order to respond to different customer requirements and different solutions. The number of possible configurations makes the system very flexible and easy to adapt to changing demands.

The products are transported into the palletiser via the infeed conveyor.

When an entire layer is completed, the layer plate will carry the layer over the pallet, the back-stop will lower along with the three other center-ing plates, and the layer plate will then retract. The layer is now placed on the pallet. Every other layer will be mirrored to improve pallet stability.

When the pallet is loaded with the ordered number of layers, it will be transported out of the palletiser for further processing. A new empty pallet can be automatically transported into the palletiser.

A turning device at the infeed conveyor turns products as necessary to accomplish the layer pattern.
