April 21, 2017 SCHS LETTER JACKET FITTING - MAY 10th If your student qualified for a SCHS leerman jacket, they will be receiving their packet of instrucons next week. A representave from Herff Jones will be on campus MONDAY, MAY 10th during both lunches for measuring and ordering of leer jackets. In order to receive their jacket, qualified students must come to the measuring with the leerman packet they were given along with their school ID. Be prepared to pay for addional costs for the jacket that is not covered by the school district. (**Only one leerman jacket will be awarded to a student during their high school years. If a student leers in another acvity, an addional leer will be awarded but it is the students responsibility to aach the addional leers/ patches to the jacket** ) Shadow Creek Prom is tomorrow night, April 22nd from 7:30pm- 11:30pm. SCHS LETTER JACKET FITTING - MAY 10th

If your student qualified for a SCHS letterman jacket, they will be receiving their

packet of instructions next week. A representative from Herff Jones will be on

AISD Athletic Physicals

Alvin ISD school

physicals will be held Saturday April

29th at SCHS from 8:30am –12:00pm.

Physicals will be performed by

Houston Methodist physicians and

will be good for the 2017/2018 school

year for both athletics and fine arts

students. Cost is $20 cash only. Please

print and bring the medical history

and physician forms by going to

Don’t miss the 1st annual Shadow Creek High School Dodgeball Tournament -

Tuesday May 9th at 6:30 pm in the gym. Sign up during lunch for the next 3

Fridays with the Athletic Booster Club. You must have a team of 6 players

and it is $5 per person ($30 per team) Open to all students and staff of Shadow

Creek High School.

TSI TEST May 20th @ 7:15 To sign up complete the steps below.

1. Complete Pre-Assessment Activity online.

2. Bring PAA Confirmation and Student ID to counseling office to complete yellow regis-tration form.

3. Pay $15 cash or check with Mrs. Romero at Counseling Office.

All incoming seniors requesting an off period next year will need to submit their Approval Forms by Monday, May 1st. Students who meet graduation credit requirements have an opportunity for a maximum of two periods where the student does not attend campus. The form requires a parent signature indicating approval. Students may pick

up an approval form from the counseling office.

EMERGENCY MEDICINE

The EMT information meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 25th @ 6:30pm . Please
