B> In which according to MHRD there are around 100 Million Students are going to schools.C> According to Transport department there are around 5 lacs schools buses in india.

• Serviceable Available MarketNumber of school buses available for us to serve are 2.5 lacs + .And considering average 40 students in each bus around 82 lacs paying customers(Parents)

• Serviceable Obtainable MarketWe are targeting tier-2 Cities of india i.e. Jaipur, Chandigarh, Indore , Nagpur , Ludhiana etc.This market Obtainable market is around 70 % of the total available market.And its easy to obtain because of 2 reasons1. Less or No Competition because of Huge market available. 2. The schools in tier-2 cities are yet to get tech Savvy.

Competitive Differentiation

Product / Service Details• Our product will be an enterprise mobile app available to only paid

customers.

• Pricing -Model: Our business model is a B2B2C model, in which our paying body will be parents through schools.

• Pricing : We plan to charge Rs 150/month/child (per month per child) for all our services.(1500/year/child)

• The product/app is ready and it is in Beta testing mode and we are running our pilot test in 1 school.

Operational Plan(For next 12 months)

SchoolWays Financials

We will start generating .5 Million $ revenue by May 2018,and around .3 Million $ profit per year.

Offering and Status

• Our first goal is to onboard 7500 students before starting of next school session.

• To Achieve this goal our operational cost will be around 35 lacs.

• So right now we are seeking an investment of 20 lacs by first round of valuation of the Company .

• To get this we are ready to dilute 8-10 % of equity .

Exit strategy. • Strategy 1 - Profit Sharing: After achieving our goal of 7500 students our profit will be around 50 lacs for the first year and 93 lacs from 2nd

year onwards.So we can easily give investors a good return from our profit.

• Strategy 2- Raising new round of investments : After achieving our goal of 7500 students . Our revenue will be 1.1 Crore and on that we can easily raise funds with much bigger valuation than our previous valuation. We plan to raise at least 5 Crore , because our revenue will 1.1 crore and our future plans heading towards to be a million $ company.

• Abhinav Soni: CEO & Founder Work Exp: Worked in Amazon for 2 years,have work exp of working in a start up for a year.

• Vivek Soni: CTO & Co-Founder Work Exp : Worked in a start up for a year. Former founding member of a start up bukcbucket.com.

• Vivek Shah: CMOWork Exp: MBA from IMT. Worked in a start up graycaps as Sales & Marketing lead. And experienced in front end sales with schools.
