SCHOOL REWARD PROGRAM 2012/2013

To the bigger and better ‘What’s your Flavour?’ School Reward program for 2012/2013, an

initiative brought to you by Parmalat. The program is designed to reward our school based

customers in return for purchases across a selected range of Parmalat products during the

2012/2013 period. This year, you can check your points, view prizes and claim your rewards online

at www.parmalatwhatsyourflavour.com.au Register now so we can let you know when your

points have been updated. If you are unable to access the website, please contact us on the

‘What’s your Flavour?’ hotline 1300 761 361 to register for updates and claim prizes.

It’s easy to achieve and Win from a wide range of 50 great rewards that can be used in the canteen or staff room or to equip various faculties/departments within the school.

Promotional Period: The program commences in Term 1, 2012 (23rd January 2012) and concludes at the end of Term 3, 2013 (20th September 2013).

Please note: Points commence from the date of the new Education Channel Agreement for all new and existing customers.

Parmalat will measure your purchases during the promotional period and will allocate your school reward points.

For every liTre oF FlavoUreD milk ProDUcTS PUrchaSeD yoU Will earn 10 reWarD PoinTS.

The more you purchase, the more points you will earn and the larger the reward that you can redeem at the end of the program. A minimum of 2,500 points are required to make a claim from the reward prize pool.

At the end of each School Term, you will receive a progress update of the points you have earned to date. Updates will be emailed to you at the email address you provided when you registered for the program. At the conclusion of Term 3, 2012, you will have the option of using your total reward points to redeem any reward prize or a combination of reward prizes in the reward prize pool to the value of your points.For full terms and conditions for the “What’s your Flavour?” school reward program see terms and conditions on page 8 or log on to www.parmalatwhatsyourflavour.com.au

This year you can claim two ways: either1. Log on to www.parmalatwhatsyourflavour.com.au to check your points balance

and claim your rewards. or2. Call the ‘What’s your Flavour?’ hotline on 1300 761 361 for assistance with your

reward points and how to claim.

There will be two periods during which you can claim a prize. claiming Period 1 : Commences 8/10/2012 Concludes 26/10/2012

claiming Period 2 : Commences 7/10/2013 Concludes 25/10/2013If you do not make a claim during the first claiming period, you can roll over your points and use them during the second claiming period in 2013.

DeFiniTionScatalogue means the What’s Your Flavour? catalogue provided to the customer by Parmalat at the time the customer registers its participation in the Reward Program claims Periods means the First Claims Period and the Second Claims Period;First claims Period means the first period during which Points can be redeemed by the customer for Rewards commencing 8.10.12 and expiring 26.10.12;Second claims Period means the second period during which Points can be redeemed by the customer for Rewards commencing 07.10.13 and expiring 25.10.13.Parmalat means Parmalat Australia Ltd (ABN 56 072 928 879) in Queensland and Victoria and Parmalat Food Products Pty Ltd (ABN 61 137 191 354) in New South Wales and South Australia. Points means the points awarded to the Customer based on the literage of Parmalat flavoured milk purchased by the Customer during the Promotional Period;Promotional Period means the period commencing on 23.01.12 and expiring on 20.09.13;reward Program means the Parmalat ‘What’s Your Flavour?’ School Reward Program operating during the Promotional Period;rewards means the items described in the Catalogue;School Term means, for customers based in Queensland, the official Government school terms as published at www.education.qld.gov.au, for customers based in Victoria, the official government school terms as published at www.vic.gov.au for South Australia www.decs.sa.gov.au and for New South Wales www.schools.nsw.edu.au

TermS anD conDiTionSBy registering for the Rewards Program the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

hoW To accrUe PoinTS anD claim reWarDSThe Parmalat Reward Program is open to school based customers of Parmalat who are invited to participate (hereafter referred to as “you”, “customer” or “eligible school” as the case requires).

Points will be awarded to a participating customer on the following basis:• For each litre of Parmalat flavoured milk purchased and paid for by the customer

during the Promotional Period Parmalat will award the customer ten (10) Points. • Progress reports of Points accrued by the customer will be provided by Parmalat at

the beginning of each School Term during the Promotional Period.In some circumstances, Customers may be able to form groups and pool their Points. This is subject to Parmalat’s approval and is at Parmalat’s sole discretion. Where a Customer is part of a grouped school and leaves the group (changes groups or drops out of the group) the Customer must advise Parmalat in writing that it is no longer a member of that group. Notification will take effect on the date it is received in writing by Parmalat, or on the date the Customer ceased to be a member of the group, whichever is the latter (“Notification Date”). All Points accrued by that Customer prior to the Notification Date will be allocated to the group the Customer previously belonged to, and all Points accrued to the Customer following the Notification Date will be allocated as directed by the Customer in accordance with the terms of the program (i.e. to the Customer where the Customer is still eligible, or to a new group, where that group is eligible). Customers may redeem Points accrued for Rewards during the Claims Periods by completing and submitting an official Parmalat claim form (the Claim Form). Claim Forms will be provided to the customer by Parmalat and will include a summary of the customer’s current Points balance as recorded by Parmalat. In addition, customers will be able to view their points and prizes online at www.parmalatwhatsyourflavour.com.au and register to place a claim. In order to qualify for a Reward you must earn a minimum of 2500 points during the Promotional Period. You may only claim Rewards equal to the total value of all the Points stated on the Claim Form supplied by Parmalat or as indicated on www.parmalatwhatsyourflavour.com.au You must choose your desired Rewards from the Catalogue/website. The Claim Form must be completed with all relevant details, signed and returned to fax number 02 9854 9900 before the end of the Claims Periods. Only Parmalat, or its authorised representatives, can supply and invoice the nominated Parmalat flavoured milk products that are the subject of the Reward Program, and issue Points and supply Rewards. All Parmalat flavoured milk products must be paid for in full and in accordance with your Parmalat trading terms before Points will accrue or Rewards can be claimed.

reWarD claimSPoints can be redeemed for Rewards during the First Claims Period or the Second Claims Period only. Only Points that have accrued on or before 8.10.12 can be claimed during the First Claims Period. Points accrued at any time during the Promotional Period can be redeemed during the Second Claims Period. Points cannot be redeemed at any time outside the Claims Periods. Claim Forms must be completed and submitted during the Claims Periods. Points that are not redeemed during the First Claims Period may be held over and accrued for redemption during the Second Claims Period. All unused Points not redeemed before the close of the Second Claims Period will be forfeited.

DeliveryParmalat will endeavour to arrange delivery of Rewards claimed in the First Claims Period on or before the end of November 2012. Rewards claimed in the Second Claims Period should be delivered before the end of December 2013. Notwithstanding the above nominated delivery dates all deliveries will be subject to any supplier conditions and circumstances outside of Parmalat’s control. If you receive any goods in a faulty or damaged condition please contact Parmalat Rewards Centre on 1300 761 361 within 48 hours of receipt of those goods and provide details. All deliveries are prepaid but if there is any demand for a delivery charge, please contact the Parmalat Rewards Centre on 1300 761 361 so that alternative payment arrangements can be made.

TaXaTion Parmalat do not provide any advice or give any warranty in relation to the taxation implications arising from any Rewards that you become entitled to under the Reward Program. All Rewards are valued inclusive of GST. No taxation liability is accepted by Parmalat and we recommend that you obtain independent advice on your taxation position.

aUThoriTy To receive reWarDSAll Rewards are issued on the understanding that the person claiming the Rewards has been authorised to do so on behalf of the participating eligible school. Nevertheless, Rewards claimed by eligible schools are subject to relevant legislation in the various States and Territories of Australia in which they operate, and it is up to the customer to ensure that Rewards must be paid out in a manner consistent with that legislation.

DiSclaimer Parmalat does not accept any liability in respect to loss, damage, death or injury, including consequential loss or damage arising from the supply of a Reward, use of the Reward, or from the loss, theft or destruction of a Reward except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. You may have some rights under the Competition and Consumer Act and there may also be some warranties implied by law which cannot be excluded, subject to these rights and implied warranties, Parmalat give no warranty with respect to the quality of the Rewards or their suitability or fitness for any purpose.

riGhT To amenD ProGramIf for any reason any aspect of the Reward Program is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Reward Program, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Reward Program, vary these Terms and Conditions or invalidate any affected claims.To the extent permitted by law, Parmalat will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered which may result from any cancellation, modification, suspension, variation or changes to the Reward Program made by Parmalat in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All decisions pertaining to any disputes under the Reward Program or on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be made by Parmalat whose decision will be final and binding on all customers.Except as otherwise set out in these terms and conditions, any agreement, covenant, representation or warranty by Parmalat only binds the Parmalat entity in the state or territory specified (Parmalat Australia Ltd in Qld and Vic and Parmalat Food Products Pty Ltd in NSW and SA), and binds each of them individually. Parmalat’s liability is severable, not joint liability. If the customer is at any time during the continuance of the Reward Program in breach of its trading terms, with Parmalat or with any Parmalat franchisees or vendors, Parmalat may cancel the customer’s registration and their participation in the Program. To the extent permitted by law, Parmalat will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered which may result from any cancellation, modification, suspension, variation or changes made to the customer’s registration and/or participation and/or account in the Rewards Program as a consequence of the customer being in breach of the trading terms or the terms and conditions of the Reward program.

eXclUSion or cancellaTionParmalat reserve the right at their absolute discretion at any time to exclude any customer from inclusion in the Reward Program or to cancel the registration of any customer in the Reward Program.

GeneralRewards will not be available until all claim forms are validated by a Parmalat representative. Further, Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

reWarDSAll Rewards are based on descriptions from information received from suppliers and manufacturers. Unless otherwise stated, installation and/or service of Rewards are not included. However, guarantees provided by manufacturers may still apply.

Discontinued or unavailable Rewards may be substituted by Parmalat with a reward of similar value at their absolute discretion. Any enquiries concerning warranty information applying to Rewards should be directed to the manufacturer. Parmalat recommends that you complete and forward the warranty information card contained with any Reward in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

PrivacyAll details provided by the qualifying customer will be stored at the registered office of Parmalat at Level 5, 35 Boundary Street, South Brisbane, Queensland 4101. Any request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the ‘Privacy Officer’ at this address. By ticking the opt-in box below each customer consents to the information which they submit with their Rewards claim being entered into a database and for Parmalat and their promotional partners to use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the qualifying customer.Opt-in

enTire aGreemenTThese Terms and Conditions are the entire agreement between Parmalat and the customer unless otherwise altered by Parmalat in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The PromoTerThe promoter of the Reward Program is Parmalat Australia Ltd (ABN 56 072 928 879) of Level5, 35 Boundary Street, , South Brisbane, Queensland 4101 in Queensland and Victoria and Parmalat Food Products Pty Ltd (ABN 61 137 191 354) in New South Wales and South Australia.
