Description :

Youth (college students, etc., ) will be gathered by using vans everyday evenings to make them disciples. Each

class will have max. of 20 students. Same disciples will be used for next batches.

Same class rooms will be used for women ministry and children ministry on different days.

Duration :

Curriculum will be for 6 months duration with mission trips to the nearby villages and unreached areas, prisons,

hospitals, homes for the aged, orphanages etc., as the Lord leads.

Certification :

No certificates will be issued, but theoretical and practical exams will be conducted through out the training.

Ablution Facility

➢ Ablution facilities for all bible study attendees

➢ Separate facilities will be built for Men, Women &

Children separately

Clinic

➢ Clinic will be used mainly for the poor people in the surrounding

areas as well as for the people attending classes.

Missionary Journeys

➢ Apart from the 6 months teachings and other activities ;

➢ All the students will be divided into groups of 2-3

➢ Teams has to prepare their own curriculum for their missionary

journeys.

➢ Every group will be given local map and asked to chose their own

missionary journey.

➢ School will support the mission trips.

Place where church gathers (Church of Kesavadaspalem)

➢ Church will be replica of Grace Fellowship ,Qatar. Including

Governance document, activities, administration etc.,

➢ Elders (Pastors) will shepherd the flock 1 Peter 5:1-3

➢ Deacons will assist elders

➢ Members will be encouraged not to travel long distance to attend

church (grow in number). Instead, new churches will be opened in their

areas in order to expand disciple making.

➢ Small groups will be encouraged widely.

➢ Youth will be encouraged the most.

➢ Women ministry will be equal to men’s ministry.

➢ Women discipleship will be introduced, supported and encouraged.

➢ Children ministry will be prioritized.

Library

➢ Library will have all translations of bibles

➢ All spiritual books available in Telugu language

➢ English literature useful for students

➢ Small groups bible study material (English will be translated in

Telugu language)

➢ Different dictionaries from English-Telugu, Telugu – English,

English-Greek etc.,

Recording Room

➢ All lessons will be made into animated movies for students to use in

their journey’s.

➢ New songs (telugu) will be recorded on disciple making and on

teachings.

➢ Cartoons or animated movies will be developed for children ministry

➢ Animated movies will be developed for women ministry

➢ Audio lessons will be made for free distribution

7 Guest Houses

➢ Suitable for 7 small families or 14 singles

➢ Interested people can come from far to stay up to 6 months and learn

disciple making process theoretically and practically.

➢ Accommodation, Food, laundry and transportation to the local market will be

provided free of cost.

Dining Hall

➢ Can accommodate at least 50 people

➢ Will be used for people who are learning in house and holding get

together.

2 Servant Quarters

➢ 2 individual houses suitable for two families to take care of the entire site in

terms of

- Dairy farm

- Poultry farm

- Fish farm

- Vegetation

- Cooking etc.,

Dairy farm with 10 cows

➢ Income on the milk will be used for running the school and send out

missionaries to all Andhra Pradesh.

➢ Wastage will be used as fish food as well as manure for plants.

Poultry & Duck farm with 500 country chicken

➢ Returns from Poultry farm will be utilized to run the school and send out

missionaries.

Fish farm

➢ Returns will be utilized to run the school and send out missionaries

to different parts of Andhra Pradesh.

Paper Cup, Enlarged Printing & Laundry Machinery

➢ Machine for making disposable paper cups, plates and egg trays.

➢ Machine for Printing enlarged color posters

➢ Heavy duty laundry machine

➢ Returns will be used to run the school as well as send out

missionaries through out Andhra Pradesh.

➢ Accommodation for Johnson & Family.

➢ Students can have quiet place for meditation and prayer.

2 Mini Coaches

➢ Will be used to bring and drop disciples to school

➢ Will be leased to schools during morning and evenings.

➢ Will be used to transport manufactured paper cups, plates etc.,

➢ Will be used for short term mission trips.

➢ 2 crops can be taken every year.

➢ Returns will be used to run school

and mission trips.

Solar Energy

➢ Solar energy will be used to save huge electricity bills and to cater

the needs during power cuts. (during summer 6 hrs. power cut)

➢ Solar energy will be used for all lights, fans, light motors, street lights

etc.,

➢ Windmill backup will be provided as solar energy can be used only

for a few hours in a day.

Windmill

➢ Domestic windmill will support solar energy in producing electricity

for school.
