In-school Supervision - safety audit of our school performed, monthy and yearly - washroom routines established - effective supervision strategies in place; school has lunchtime rules and inclement supervision plans; lunchtime routines and rules are well established - school visitor identification plan; visitor announcement over the P.A. - all events posted weekly in synervoice and monthly newsletter - allergen aware school
JK -8 Ongoing Teacher, Principal Board-wide resources Ongoing - regular inspection of proprerty by Head Custodian/Principal; monthly records of SAP and Health and Safety Reports - Washroom routines established(buddy System); separate K area - lunchtime supervision: lunch rules visible in all classrooms; rule reminders over the P.A. newsletter and recviewd at staff meetings - school yard is zoned for the three divisions - video camera at entrance and visitors report to main office for appropriate signage and wearing of ID badge - anaphylactic Board policy strictly adhered to with reminders in Newsletters and sign throughout the school - anaphylactic staff training twice a year
School Code of Behaviour - to continue to implement and reinforce the code of behaviour and to ensure that it is understood by all members of the community
