Neighborhood Health PartnersSWCAP Neighborhood Health Partners was established in 1973 and we have been providing services for over 40 years. The clinic is not affiliated with Planned Parenthood and is actually one of the many programs of the Southwestern WI Community Action Program, Inc.

The mission of SWCAP Neighborhood Health Partners is to provide confidential and affordable reproductive health care to women and men of all ages in an atmosphere that promotes the dignity and respect of the individual while providing the education needed to make informed choices regarding their sexual health.

Our goal is to assist each individual in developing a Reproductive Life Plan that promotes healthy pregnancy if desired, assists in preventing pregnancy if not desired and maximizes their health over a lifetime.

Our services include primary preventative

care with physical exams including breast and cervical cancer screening, contraceptive methods, STD testing and treatment, some post sexual assault services, evaluation and treatment of common health problems, menopause management and pregnancy services. We have expanded our pregnancy services over the past few years to include low cost to no cost pregnancy testing, all option information, express enrollment into Badgercare for pregnant women, first trimester prenatal care, and pregnancy support services. Millions of people fund their college educations with student loans.
