Mix together a student who would like to combine school with work with aparent who wants them to finish year 12. Carefully add a committed employer, stir in a VET Training Provider and top up with a caring School. Add a special SACE pattern, a flexible school timetable and sprinkle with a special pinch of complementary Industrial Relations Add a ripe portion of a New Apprenticeship Centre and sign a Contract of Training. Bake in a prepared oven for 18 to 24 months checking every few months to ensure all is progressing well. Make any necessary adjustments and continue to bake until completely cooked. The result will be a confident, contented and experienced young worker
