Our beloved motherland has got its independence more than36 years since now. There elapsed quite a lot of time to

develop the nation. But can we be satisfied with the level of development so far been achieved by us? The answer is

definitely 'no'. There are countries having been developed in apace much faster than us although they were lagging behind

of us even some ten-twenty years ago. One of the reasons fortheir development in such a faster way is their capabilities to

equip science & technology and its appliances in all spheres of their national life. So the most significant reason of our

unsatisfiable condition is that we could not adopt and equipthe appliances of science & technology in the spheres of our

lives as per the demand of the time.

Adopting the appliances of science & technology does notrequire higher education or qualification. It only requiresproper and far-sighted planning and the execution of thatplanning with devotion. We have got a huge number of

population, from this we can bring forth adequate number of manpower to be utilized in the highly growing-up fields of technology. This manpower can be treated as the 'bonus

premium' of our human resource industry. But it should also

be taken into consideration that these raw manpowerresources should be undergone or trained into semi-skilled or

skilled levels.

The enterprises of Scholar first came into being in June-23,2011 incorporated as a private limited company named "



Scholar Corporation Ltd" in Bangladesh. It was started withthe operations of computer systems like software

development, hardware design, development and marketing. After achieving a significant level of success in its business, it

expanded for launching a real estate company in ..............The entrepreneurs behind this group are competent to fulfill

the demand of the current business necessities and thuswelcome to diversify their business fields in constructing

Satellite Towns in the name of .................... and some otherassociate ventures like DESIGN CARE, TRIOD COMPUTERS

INC, Scholar MULTIMEDIA etc.

The Corporation is aimed to enhance the awareness level of the masses to adopt and utilize in practice the latest

achievements of science and technology for their better living.It has been trying to develop the skills of the common peopleespecially in the field of technology since its inception. The

main target of the Corporation is to utilize the availableresources efficiently. Incorporating all these above the aims

and targets of the corporation can be summarized in following

lines-

"We're aimed to ensure proper and efficient utilization of theresources by professionalism and perfect distribution of labour,

and thus to attain the well-being for the humanity."

Scholar Business Corporation (SBC) was launched in the early

Jun-23, 2011. It expedited the business opportunities in thefield of information and communication technology under theleadership of Mr. Md.:::::::::::::::;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; as Managing

Director of Scholar Business Corporation Ltd. as an Businessprofessional & IT professional group of computer engineeringbackground. He took bold-face steps to welcome USA-based

companies for utilizing our low-cost human resources in



software industries. In pursuance of this approach ScholarBusiness Corporation Ltd was involved in a joint venture of ITbusiness with a USA-based company- After making successfulachievements in IT business, the Corporation diversified its

wings into real estate sector. This real estate venture hassuccessfully completed some significant housing projects in

different areas of the city. Then the concept of ‘came into day light with the approaches of long-term planned

and harmonious development of community life-style.Soon the growth of total assets has been rise up to strong

position in a very short period.

The Scholar Business Corporation clearly has a dynamic andcompetitive management. Each of the Corporation companies

operates as an independent entity headed by the Chief Executive Officer or Managing Director while overall strategic

objectives and the corporate management committee setfinancial targets. To achieve targets, the Corporation employshighly qualified and well-trained staffs. Each operating unit has

its own human resources department; which is supported

centrally by the Corporation’s Human Resources Department(HRD) at the corporate head office. The HRD is responsible forproviding policy guidelines and systems to facilitate therecruitment, development and maintenance of a high

achieving work force.

The most significant achievement of this Corporation issupposed to be the dynamism with far-sightedness in strategicplanning. While developing housing projects in discrete

building blocks, the management could foresee the immensenecessity of providing harmonious accommodation of theessential amenities and services for its dwellers within the

areas of Bangladesh with some modalities like Satellite TownsModel Villages, , Resorts, Parks, Casinos etc. It was

established in the early and already

the development work of a Satellite Model Town named THE

SCHOLAR CITY- at the :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::Thana is inprogress. THE SCHOLAR CITY is designed with at least 5

Blocks over more than 350 Bighas of land. This concern hasalready collaborated in a Joint-Venture with a foreign (DESHER

NAM) for the development of Integrated Satellite townshipprojects over there.

It is the concern of this corporation which is engaged inproduction, distribution and marketing of different beverages

and processed foods especially the processed fruit & vegetablesnacks. The technology and the machineries were originatedpartly in Germany and partly in Malaysia and Taiwan. Thisventure is committed to serve our seasonal fruits and someperishable vegetables to be preserved round the air without

using preservatives.

It deals with the planning and design consultancies forconstruction and development works of different projects. It

has been running with highly experienced professionalEngineers and Architects who are quite conversant with

various modalities of the construction works. The fields of thisconcern is Landscape, Architecture and Structural design and

supervision of construction works and already it hassuccessfully performed the complete design and planning of

the SCHOLAR SATELLITE TOWN and other real estate projectsof this Corporation.



The Corporation was started with the activities of Computertraining, Software development, Hardware Assembling(Assembling of Computer Systems) and computer aided

printings. Gradually it has expanded its activities in the fields

of real estate developments, construction and development of residential Apartments, commercial buildings, Satellite Town

etc, exports and imports, design and consultancies etc. By nowthe company has attained a significant outcome in the

following fields.

Computer System Design and Networking: It involves theassembling of computer systems and Network System as perthe user's choice and rendering services for installation and

maintenance.System Analysis and Software Development: It engages richcomputer professionals in the fields of System Analysis,

System Design, Network Design and Installation, SoftwareDevelopment etc of both home and abroad.
