DETAILED RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rules for Contest : 1. The ‘Jeet Ka Jashn’ contest is valid ONLY for July-2019 session fresh student

registrations and does not include re-registrations, Project or any other

students. Hold/Rejected/Cancel Candidate will not be count in this scheme. 2. Duration: 15th June – 15st Sep, 2019

3. The Contest is open for all authorized and renewed AISECT SKP across all

India. Every AISECT SKP will be denoted a category (A, B, C, D) based on their

last year’s quarterly performance. Category ‘A’ SKPs will be able to participate

and compete for the category ‘A’ Prizes only. Category ‘B’ SKP will be able to

participate and compete for the category ‘B’ Prizes. However, in any event

that a SKP assigned category B is able to meet the eligibility criterion for the

‘A’ category prizes he/she will be considered for the category ‘A’ prize.

Similarly, category ‘C’ and ‘D’ SKPs can participate in their level or the higher

levels ONLY. You can see your category for JKJ 2019 on aisectonline.com

portal.

4. For the JKJ 2019 All India - UG/PG Course contest the AISECT SKP will be

denoted by category (UG/PG-1, UG/PG-2, UG/PG-3 & UG/PG-4) based on their

last year’s quarterly performance.

5. For the JKJ 2019 All India Skill Courses (Except DCA/PGDCA) contest the

AISECT SKP will be denoted by category (Skill-1, Skill-2, Skill-3 & Skill-4) based

on their last year’s quarterly performance.

6. Collection amount will be judged basis complete payment through e-wallet on

www.aisectonline.com from 15th June-2019 up till 12 midnight on 15st Sep,

2019. Hardcopy Forms must be submitted latest by 25th September 2019 to be

eligible in the contest.

7. The Results will be announced by 30th October, 2019 and the Prize Distribution

will happen at a grand function organized in Bhopal.

8. In the case of TIE final winner will be selected based on other performance

parameters like growth of their last year’s quarterly collection performance

in same period. The same will be non-negotiable and decision of the HO will

be final. Please note that in this contest every eligible participant wins

SOMETHING OR THE OTHER!!

9. In case any participant is eligible for more than 1 Prize in above schemes,

he/she will receive the highest category prize as per eligibility. The other prize

will automatically go the next highest in the category subject to meeting the

eligibility criterion.

10. No SKP will be allowed more than 1 prize in the above 3 schemes.

11. All Prize Winners will be invited to be members of a special ‘Circle’ which

entitles them to speedy services and special privileges.

Other Terms & Conditions of the ‘Jeet ka Jashn’ Contest:

1. Final Results will be adjudged basis collection amount on each ‘SKP ID’. All SKP Managers who run multiple SKP ID at the same SKP or run multiple locations are not permitted to register all students through one Code only. Before announcement of results we will check past performance of each of last year’s codes to ensure that no combining method is being followed to register students. The decision of AISECT Head Office will be final in this regard.

2. The prize is personal and is registered in the name of the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or payable in cash or other products or services. In case of refusal or non-acceptance of the prize or conditions that are inherent to the competition, the prize will not be awarded. In that case, the Provider is entitled to choose another winner. The decision of the Head Office in such case will be final.

3. The prize is awarded in its current state. The Provider is not responsible for any visible or hidden defects in the prize nor for any damage during delivery (shipping) of the prize. The provider is also in no way responsible for any damages, technical malfunctions, failures or delays with respect to participation in the competition or the appointment of the winner.

4. The Provider is not responsible for any defects caused by delivery or shipping companies (e.g. delays, strikes, damage or loss) with respect to the delivery of the prize. When the winner, or a roommate, co-inhabitant or neighbor, is not able to receive the prize, the winner will pick up the prize later on (e.g. post office etc.). The Provider shall not be held liable if the prize is not collected or received by the winner or collected by an

unauthorized person, even when the delivery or shipping company has not left any notification or notice in any form.

5. The provider will make best effort to award the exact brands as mentioned in the contest communication however in case of unavailability, the next closest brand of the same category will be awarded. The decision of the Head Office will stand final in such case.

6. The winners will be able to claim the prizes up to three months after publication of results. After this period, entitlement to the prize automatically expires.

7. The winner of the prize gives the Provider permission to use, free of charge, any received personal data, any photos or any contributions linked to the competition to be used in promotional activities relating to the competition and in relation to the announcement of the winner through all media, including radio, television and internet.

8. Use of the awarded prize is at the expense and risk of the winner. The Provider cannot be held liable for use of the prize by the winner under the General and/or specific conditions for competitions.

9. The Provider has the right to disqualify participants if he believes that the participants are not acting in conformity with the General and/or specific Terms and Conditions Competitions or if the participant is otherwise fraudulently accessing the competition or unfairly influencing the course of the competition.

10. The Provider is entitled to, at its discretion and without notice, change or modify these terms and conditions specific to the competitions for the duration of the contest and without giving a reason to discontinue modify or adapt the competition for adaptations within the competition, will be made public in an appropriate manner (e.g. via its website).

11. Any questions, clarifications or comments about the competitions can be made in writing to jeetkajashn@aisect.org

12. In case of any dispute pertaining to the contest, the management of AISECT shall have the final say. In case of any conflict the management reserves the right to final decision.

JKJ Terms & Conditions ( 7 )

13. In case the prize is a vehicle, all the related expenses such RTO, Insurance, Transfer Costs and cost of accessories will be borne by the Winner and not the Contest Provider. In case of all other prizes, the winner will bear any related costs pertaining to insurance, accessories and other related expenses.

14. The Contest provider takes no responsibility for petrol, comprehensive insurance, health, body, paint or mechanical damage or any other costs or damages from date of pick up.

15. The winners of vehicles will be required to pick up from a local dealership (organized by contest provider) on a convenient day negotiated between all the 3 parties. The winner will be required to have photos taken at the pickup location.

16. The winner will be responsible for any expenses incurred in getting to the vehicle dealership.

17. If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise unable to register the vehicle in her/her name, then he/she may transfer the vehicle to a close relative with legal capacity for the purpose of registering the vehicle in the state where the winner resides, notwithstanding any other provisions of these terms and conditions.

18. TDS Deduction or any other tax liability will not be borne by the Contest Provider.

Crucial Advisory Note:

1. This contest is meant for harbouring a healthy spirit among the AISECT SKPs. It is in no way intended to hamper regular business.

2. While SKPs may actively participate and maximize registration adequate care should be taken to ensure the necessary infrastructure & teaching facilities are provided to every student.

3. All SKPs are STRICTLY advised to adhere to the rules & regulations mentioned in the AISECT Renewal Agreement – Any violation or malpractice in this regard will lead to IMMEDIATE disqualification of the

SKP from the contest. The decision of the AISECT Head Office will be final and non-negotiable.

4. Regular, surprise Inspections and Audits will be carried out at the SKP from time to time and before announcement of results to ensure no compromise on quality occurs. Any SKP failing to meet the quality parameters will be disqualified. SKPs are required to permit any AISECT staff member to visit the SKP premises unannounced.

5. AISECT SKPs are advised to invest in and market their SKP and courses to potential candidates. Marketing and promotion is a very important key to ensure you win the bumper prizes in this contest. Only the HO approved ad formats can be used during the contest period for marketing purposes.
