Schedule for Orientation
• 9:00-9:15: Parents and students are in the Cougar Café
• 9:15-10:00: Students go to their homeroom classes while parents are in the Cougar Café for a presentation from administration
• 10:00-10:45: Students meet parents in homeroom class and together they tour HCMS.

No t-shirts with profanity or advertising alcohol
Tank top straps must be two fingers wide
Skirts, shorts, and dresses should be finger tip length
Pants & Shorts must be worn at the waist
Sleepwear is not acceptable attire during the school day
Hats may not be worn in school

• Date: November 12 – November 16
• Cost: $225 per student
$100 per chaperone (full week)
$55 per chaperone (half week)

• Important Dates:• September 19th: Parent orientation meeting at
6:30pm
• October 22nd: All medical forms and permission slips due
• October 29th: All payments due• November 8th: All medications must be delivered
to HCMS health room. No medications will be accepted the morning of the trip!
