Die neue Lack-Technologie arbeitet mit einem

sehr präzisen, konzentrierten UV-Energiebereich,

mit dem eine vielfach stärkere Verdichtung und

Vernetzung der Lackstruktur erzielt wird. Dieser

Effekt führt zu ausgezeichneter Schmutzresistenz.

Der Zusammenhang ist simpel: Je geschlossener

und verdichteter die Material-Oberfläche ist, desto

weniger kann Schmutz eindringen. Und der Belag

ist damit auch gegen Verfärbungen bestens

gewappnet.

Zur Verdeutlichung der Fleckresistenz verwenden

wir einige der am stärksten färbenden Chemikalien

überhaupt: Haarfärbemittel und Jodlösungen.

Herkömmliche Lacksysteme zeigen hier starke

Verfärbungen, die sich nicht entfernen lassen.

PURe dagegen scheint nahezu resistent zu sein.

Der Lack zeigt beim Normtest mit Einwirkzeit von

2 Stunden keinerlei Verfärbungen. Und wir haben

das Extrem getestet: Auch nach 24 Stunden

entfernt man bei Scala PURe die Chemikalien

rückstandsfrei. Das Ärgernis von Jodflecken

in Gesundheitsbereichen oder unschönen Färbe-

mittelflecken in Drogeriemärkten, Friseursalons

oder auch im privaten Haushalt ist von nun an

gelöst.

PURe, on the other hand, is essentially protected.

In a standard test with an exposure time of two

hours, the coating shows no signs of

discolouration.

And we really put it to the test: Using Scala PURe,

the chemicals could be removed, free from

residue, even after 24 hours. That means the

hassle of iodine stains in the health sector or

unsightly dye stains in drugstores, hair salons or

even at home are now a thing of the past.

The PURe coating provides much stronger sealing

and bonding. As a result, it also offers excellent

dirt resistance. The connection is simple: the

more closed-off and also sealed the material

surface is, the less dirt can get in. That means

the floor covering is optimally equipped against

discolouring.

To demonstrate the stain resistance of PURe

surface protection, we have used some of the

strongest colouring agents: hair dye and iodine

kann dies bis zu 20 % der Reinigungskosten

technology guarantees that it’s protected surface

will have a much longer service life. On average,

similar LVT floorings need to be replace every 3-5

years due to scratches and stains, especially in

exposed areas that are highly frequented by

customers and visitors. Scala PURe resistant

surfaces, by contrast, protect and keep them

looking good as new for many more years. This

also reduces maintenance costs, as there is no

need to carry out an intensive cleaning twice

a year in order to remove stains. In areas with

heavy traffic, this can help reduce cleaning costs

by up to 20 %.
