Turn key Contract awarded on M/s Dongfang Electronics Company Ltd., China in Sept’2013.

The Scope of contract covers following:

• Establishment of 3 Control Centers at Jabalpur, Bhopal & Indore.

• No. of EHV S/s to be integrated – 330 (existing & up coming ).

• Over all Project Management on Turnkey basis.

• Implementing and maintaining the system during performance

guarantee period of two years.

• AMC for Five years post performance guarantee period.

• Training to MPPTCL personnel.

ACHEIVEMENTS OF SCADA PROJECT Establishment of SCADA Control Centers at

Jabalpur, Bhopal & Indore with integration of Remote Telemetry Units (RTUs) at 313 Nos. EHV Sub-stations

Successful testing of RTUs delivered under the project for simultaneous reporting to three Master Control Centers through combination of Wide-Band OPGW-PLCC Channels and GPRS link using separate logical data bases in addition to reporting to Local Data Monitoring System (LDMS).

Implementation of SMS information system for Tripping of EHV Lines and Transformers.

Interface to Intelligent Electronic Devices (IED’s).

Automation of EHV substations.

Integration with load shedding schemes like Automatic Under frequency & rate of change of frequency (df/dt).
