Band  Auditions  Fall  2017

AUDITION  PROCEDURE    

1. Sign   up   for   an   audition   during   the   block   of   time   assigned   for   your  instruments.   The   sign   up   sheets  will   be   posted   outside   of   CA  127   one  week  prior  to  the  audition    

2. Arrive   at   CA   127   10   minutes   prior   to   the   audition   slot.   Everyone  auditioning  during  the  same  slot  should  arrive  at  the  same  time  and  be  prepared  to  perform.    

3. Each  audition  will  be  3-­‐5  minutes  long  and  will  include  prepared  music  and  sight  reading.    

4. If   you   are   unable   to   perform   during   the   allotted   time   for   your  instrument,  then  sign  up  for  one  of  the  overflow  slots  at  the  end  of  the  day.  There  will  also  be  audition  slots  on  Friday  September  1.  

 ALL  MUSIC  MAJORS  PERFORMING  IN  AN  ENSEMBLE  MUST  AUDITION.
