Providing both a ‘quiet zone’ for guests to relax or meditate and a ‘kids zone’ ensures that children may be safely entertained whilst the adults relax in peace.

To ensure that the villas and project are maintained and operated to the highest possible standards, the project will also retain full time staff which includes 24 hour ‘manned’ security, resort manager, housekeeping, landscape gardening and pool maintenance teams.

The island received more than 2.5 million foreign visitors in 2017, up from 2.34 million in 2016. International passenger arrivals at Koh Samui’s airport over five years doubled in 2016, rising another 15% in 2017 over the previous year.

The island’s total inventory of 17,479 hotel rooms in 2013 has increased to 22,000 today. According to a luxury hotelier, tourists traveling to Ko Samui spend an average of 7,700 to 8,200 baht per head per day. The market wide hotel occupancy rate on Koh Samui hit 72% in 2016.

A gradual shift in demand is seeing more and more Asian visitors and their families arriving to Koh Samui from China, Singapore, Hong Kong & Malaysia. Traditionally, the top three source markets have been Germany, the UK, and Thailand, which contribute a combined 27 percent share.
