Saving work to the Technology ‘Transfer Folder’ from home:

You must use Windows Internet Explorer (not Chrome of Firefox)

1. Go to school website and click on ‘SYSTEM ACCESS’ 2. Click on ‘REMOTE DESKTOP’

3. Click on ‘REMOTE ACCESS’ icon 4. Login using your school User Name and Password.

You must add ‘BSFADDCC\’ before your username.

5. Click on Explorer 6. Open file that has appeared bottom left

7. Click on ‘CONNECT’ 8. Enter your password. This can take some time to load so be patient.

9. Click on ‘THIS PC’ on left menu. This will highlight ‘Student Home Areas’ 10. Go to ‘Student Home Areas’, then Design & Technology and you will see

at the bottom. the ‘Transfer Folder’

11. Open ‘Transfer Folder’ and then add your work to the

‘COVID 19 DT Department Year 10 work’ folder

THIS SYSTEM IS THE SAME AS SAVING YOUR WORK TO YOUR TEACHER IN SCHOOL.
