It has not been easy for our community in these unfamiliar times. We are adapting to a new normal that brings with it new challenges and great opportunity for changes and growth. We have highlighted some important informa-tion around the COVID19 with regards to the estates and have included contact details to report or get assistance with anything regarding to the virus.

The month of July will be my last month as estate manager as I will be handing over the reins to Sibulele Mzileni.

I would like to thank you all for the opportunity you have given me to take care of the estates. It has been a wonderful journey filled with challenges, great strides, wonderful growth and especially the joy of getting to know some of you personally.

Community Amenities

The estate playgrounds and other common property amenities may not be used.

Visitors

Residents may not have visitors to their Units.

Persons are allowed to visit units only to care for an immediate family member provided that they are in possession of an affidavit which corresponds with Form 6 of the Regulations.

Domestic Workers

gardeners, garden services and cleaners may return to work, so long as health protocols and social distancing measures are adhered to for employees in private residences.

Residents may have takeaways delivered to the Unit and may leave their unit to collect takeaways.
