Daytime Senior Yoga: Gentle Yoga for Gardeners Wednesdays: April 11, April 18, April 25 | 9:30 – 10:30amEach session $15 general public / $10 membersWe all love the beautiful sights and lovely smells of our garden, but we don’t like the aches and pains that sometimes go along with our labor of love. Learn simple yet powerful techniques you can use every day to keep your body happy while in the garden. Beginners encouraged! If you use a pad to kneel on for gardening, please bring it.

All materials provided, but please prepare to get messy! Beautiful Bouquets Thursday May 3, 6:30 – 8pm$50 general public / $45 members Just in time for Mother’s Day! Learn how to create beautiful flower arrangements including a wildflower mason jar arrangement, a hand tied bouquet, and a small pin-on corsage or boutonniere. Materials provided.

Love Notes Tuesday May 8, 6:30 – 8:30pm$40 general public / $35 membersMixed media artist Cherie Burbach will guide you through transforming personal letters and notes into small works of art you can display in your home. Bring a letter or card that you’d like to collage together creating a personal art piece. All other materials provided.

Build a TerrariumSaturday June 9, 10am – 12pm$20 per terrarium | All ages welcome.Create a miniature landscape in a jar! Pre-register to reserve your materials or just stop by the Education & Visitor Center during the workshop time and build one while supplies last! Materials provided.Storigami (Storybook Origami) Saturday June 16, 10am – 12pm$5 per person | For children and those who love them!Learn Origami, the ancient art of paper folding, while telling a story about a child who is trying to figure out what to do when they grow up. In this class, you will first hear the story and then learn how to repeat it while folding a sheet of newspaper. Materials provided.
