Dear Pastor Cliff and Everyone at FBC, Thank you all so much for such a wonderful celebration of Dad’s life. We all appreciate every effort that was put forth to make the day so very special. BREAD OF LIFE NEEDS for JULY

vegetable oil, mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, Italian dressing, ketchup, spray grease, seasoning salt, Velveeta, butter and cheese slices

Thank You

I would like to thank all of you who

helped in making Vacation Bible School a

huge success. It requires a large amount

of volunteers to make an event like this

run smoothly and I couldn’t have been

more pleased with those who stepped up

and answered the call. We averaged 60

kids a night, many from outside the

church. These kids laughed, played, did

crafts, and were fed not only physically

with meals but also through the teachings

of God’s word.

This would have been impossible if it

weren’t for all of you. From the bottom of

my heart THANK YOU for being the body of

Christ to these kids. May your heart feel as

full as mine, as I believe God was pleased

with us all.

Pastor Greg

SALT & LIGHT

Mark your calendars friends. Franklin Graham will be in Indianapolis for the DECISION TOUR October 5th at noon at our Indianapolis Statehouse on the south lawn. Franklin Graham has a message for you. We are planning to car pool or take a bus to the rally from FBC. Clear your calendars! Visit the Salt & Light Council for more information. Join us on Facebook at Salt and Light FBC Greensburg Indiana and stay informed or visit our monthly Salt & Light ta-ble in the foyer. Sign up for our monthly e-mails and action alerts. Your Salt & Light Council Questions: Contact Heidi Pezdek 765-777-6050 or [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Dear Friend, I heard a troubling statistic recently—but I’m not surprised. Almost 60 percent of American adults believe that they decide for themselves what is right and wrong. For young adults, the percentage is even worse, at nearly 75 percent. But the truth is something completely different: God alone has determined what is right and wrong, and His Word is the final authority. When we act as the judge and jury on morality, the results are disastrous. “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.” (Proverbs 14:12, NKJV). Secularists are trying to remove God from our country’s past, present, and future. I want to rally the church in Ameri-ca to stand up—to be people of bold prayer, to be people grounded in Scripture, and to be people of action. If we don’t take a stand for God’s truth, our nation will not survive. Are you meeting with other Christians in your neighbor-hood, community, or church to pray for America on a regular basis? If not, I hope you will ask a few friends to join you and start today.
