Worked in Design Engineering department as an Design Coordinator for Setting up of Steel Plant (Railway Wheel Factory) Positioned at Patna. Job responsibilities include:

• Develop from the Basic Data at commencement of the Project to include all the information regarding the scope of the work, contractual requirements, site data and Project programmed and control estimates pertaining to the domain.

• Preparation of the offer drawings based on the input received from the clients / Tenders.

My Area : Normalizing Furnace

Normalizing Furnace shall be LPG Fired, single row rotary hearth continuous heat treat with Automatic Charging & Discharging equipments, these equipments shall be designed to Automatically and Manually handle and Heat Treat one Wheel in every two minutes based on Charging the Wheel into the Furnace at 260 ° C and Soaking it at Temperature of 925° C for Approx. 45 Minutes for a total cycle of one and half hour per Wheel.

Engineering Activities:

• Reporting to A.G.M (Engineering). Attending daily conference/ technical meeting Representing Department in Monthly Performance Corporate meeting.

• Basic and Detailed Engineering Submission & Follow up for getting the Approval of the same.

• Co-ordinating with Civil Team of the Project and with our Vendors Regarding Foundation of Normalizing Furnace.

• Preparing tender documents, Floating inquiries, Technical Discussions with the Party, Preparing Purchase Orders & Work Orders, etc.

• Co-ordination of work with Technology Provider, Consultant, Contractor & Vendors.

• Necessary follow-up with the Contractors / Vendors, Consultant, etc. to expedite the work.
