This customer section represents approximately $3 billion in revenue and is the most complex segment with many customer specific tariffs and charges.

The key to success was to “keep it simple”. The implementation was deployed using a path well-trodden, utilising peoplefromwithinthebusiness.Businesspractices were adapted to SAP, rather than modifying SAP to suit the business practice.Valley Longwall is a recent winner of the Best Run ERP with Channel Partner at the SAPAwardsofExcellence.

The infrastructure and the processes are typically quite complex and not easy to maintain. This presentation will demonstrate how a communication service provider can help reduce the complexity of business communications and stabilise communication processes at the same time by highlighting the experiences of two companies(RanstadtandB/S/H).

Tim joined SAP in early 2010 as sales director, managing SAP’s strategic accounts group across Australia.
