Identifying the defects by the two major criteria CID and VID. Discussing about critical issues with Engineer’s, Vendors and Clients. Communicate with the customer and deal with their issues. Preparing the RMA report includes FA and scrap details to RMA in charges Implement the corrective actions and trace the improvement effect. Preparing the Diagnostic report and report to the Engineer & Service Head. Improve the yield rate & reduce scrap rate.
