ED chargesheets Raja, Kanimozhi NEW DELHI, Apr 25: Former Telecom Minister A Raja, DMK MP Kanimozhi and 17 others were today chargesheet- ed by the Enforcement Directorate in a special court in connection with a money laundering case relating to the 2G spectrum allo- cation scam in which the party- run Kalaignar TV was allegedly paid Rs 200 crore by the promot- ers of Swan Telecom. Moreover, 17 other forms will be available for filing by stakeholders as attachment to General e-Forms GNL-2, CG-1 and RD-1. The stakehold- ers will fill the 17 Forms physically and get it duly signed/certified by the professionals wherever indicated in, as per the requirement of the rele- vant form and attach these with the prescribed General e-Form as per details given in paragraphs 3,4 and 5.
