2. What are saturated fats?
Saturated fat is a solid fat mainly found in animal foods
Also foundin dairy, eggs, and some plant based sources like coconut and palm
3. Sat Facts
Less than 7% of your daily calories should be saturated fats
This means if you eat 2,000 calories a day, then no more than 140 calories should be from saturated fats
4. What can it do if I eat too much of it?
Saturated fats raise your cholesterol
5. Why we chose
We chose saturated fats because it is an important subject for being healthy. Too much is bad, a little every once in a while is OK.
