Our Mission The main mission of Satin Doll & Co. is to provide higher quality products to the targeted markets but at lower price

points. The consumer will not only pay for highly unique pieces but also items that will last many years to come.

Company Bio Satin Doll & Co. is an institute of style in the broadest sense of the word. Our company goal is to convince you,

the consumer, that there is so much more to style. The main driving force of Satin Doll is the designer's,

Gaetana T. Parris, unhappiness with the current fashion industry. She can rarely find moderately priced

accessories with top notch quality. This prompted her to start her own company. In today's market, the

consumer will seldom find affordability, creativity, and top quality all in one brand. The search is over; for you

have found Satin Doll.

Satin Doll started taking shape in the beginning of 2005, when Gaetana sat down and started to design her very

first line of handbags and jewelry. In September of 2007 Satin Doll opened their doors on Etsy.com. The

selection the shop offered was moderately priced, quality, and stylish one-of-a-kind accessories. With a new

season approaching, Satin Doll & Co. will be unveiling their Spring/Summer collections. These collections

reflect our growing customer base and their love of accessories. It's targeted to women between the ages of 18-

40+, who are city girls by heart and who live to be in the social scene.

This is merely the beginning of Satin Doll. The company is determined to set the pace in contemporary fashion

offerings, not only with handbags and jewelry but also in apparel. Satin Doll will offer even more in the coming

years, as Satin Doll explores women's apparel. Soon every woman will be able to enjoy Satin Doll style and

sexiness from head to toe. Further development will include the international expansion of Satin Doll products.

Terms & Policies ORDERING & PAYMENT

$350.00 minimum for opening order

$175.00 minimum for re-orders

BATCH REQUIRMENTS

A minimum of six of any one item is necessary for wholesale but you can mix up the color of the one item.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our typical turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, however turnaround may vary. Please contact us regarding your

delivery date.

SHIPPING

All shipping costs are charge at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Our carriers as

follows:

Domestic Orders: USPS, UPS

International Orders: USPS, UPS

Please notify us at any time for time sensitive orders. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Satin

Doll & Co. is not responsible for any carrier delays. All order are shipped from our studio in Brooklyn, New

York. Any duties or custom fees are the responsibility of the retailer.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We ask that any changes to your order be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Any

reductions to your order of cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee for up to

20% of the total deducted from your order. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported by

email within 5 days of receipt, and returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All

merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are backordered and,

if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once a item is back in stock, we will ship

it out immediately unless directed otherwise.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via. PayPal and money order. You can of course pay via. credit card using PayPal. When

paying via. money order, your order will not be shipped until the money order clears. We unfortunately do not

accept checks, either business or personal. Please note, any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the retailer.

it cost the following:

Earring Cards: 25 for $15.00

Necklace Cards: 25 for $18.00

Jewelry Tags: 30 for $15.00

We’re happy to create custom jewelry and accessories for your store or boutique. Whether it’s tweaking one of

our designs to better resemble the look and feel of your store/client or creating a design from scratch for a

specific event or fundraiser, we are open to any of the above. If you have a marketing idea that you think would

work for your store and think it would sell more of our products in your store, please email us to discuss your

ideas.

Retailers must agree to our terms and policies for approval. We reserve the right to stop selling to stores who do
