Order Online For the first time, the entire SAT Suite of Assessments— including the SAT, the PSAT/NMSQT®, PSAT™ 10, and PSAT™

8/9—is available to order online, all in one place. You’ll alsobe able to administer any of the tests in the SAT Suite atthe same time. Schools order test materials, and districts can monitor school orders through a district dashboard.

Sign Up, Sign In, Order SAT School Day supervisors need two things:

1. An account at ordering.collegeboard.org. w If you have previously used the online ordering

site to order PSAT-related assessments, sign in with the same username and password.

w If this is your first time registering, sign up for anaccount.

SAT® School Day offers four opportunities in spring 2018 for schools and districts to offer the SAT to students in school, on a school day.

If your school is participating in state-provided testing,you can use the information provided here to orderadditional assessments for a test date not covered byyour state contract.

Order Early and Prepare Ordering materials before the winter break guarantees early delivery of answer sheets.

We strongly encourage schools to hold preadministrationsessions with students. When students complete preadministration activities before test day, they can focus on what matters most.

The Basics Fees

SAT $46 perstudent

$23 for each unused test book exceeding 20% or 20 test books(whichever is greater)

SAT with Essay

$60 perstudent

$30 for each unused test book exceeding 20% or 20 test books(whichever is greater)

Schools won’t receive refunds for unused tests (standard or accommodated). All test books, used and unused, must be returned as instructed in the supervisor manual. These fees may not be applicable to schools participating in a contract.

Fee Reductions for Low-Income Students If you are testing students who meet low-income guidelines, fee reductions and other benefits may apply. Test fees for qualified students are $8 per SAT (without Essay) and $15 per SAT with Essay.

To redeem fee reductions and other benefits, you’ll need to generate an invoice online and identify students who are eligible for fee reductions; otherwise, your school will be responsible for the payment of all test fees.

Testing Time Students must test in school, starting at the same time, andcomplete the test before lunch is scheduled.

Offering the SAT on a School Day: § Supports equity. When students have the opportunity

to test at their own school, they’re more likely to takethe test. By providing a college admission test in school,you’re also supporting a college-going culture for thewhole school.

Educators can use Official SAT Practice coaching tools to view practice recommendations and progress for entire classes and individual students.

Research shows that students who spend 20 hours on Official SAT Practice gain an average of 115 points from the PSAT/NMSQT to the SAT.

Actionable Data – Available Online Both you and your students get detailed SAT score reports in our secure, easy-to-use online score reporting portals. For K–12 educators, we release scores through an integrated score reporting portal, which supports using data to inform instruction through standard reports, interactive data analysis tools, and secure file downloading. All tests in the SAT Suite share a common score scale, making it easy to track performance across test and monitor progress over time.

Online score reports assist instructional and curricular planning by providing:§ Benchmarks that indicate whether students are on target

for college and career training.
