SAP Note 942785 - RKEAGENV: A generation of maintenanceviews fails

Symptom

1. When you run the report RKEAGENV to regenerate maintenance views for

characteristic values you get error message KE 649 and the report is

interrupted.

2. In the log of report RKEAGENV you get error that check tables are not

active

In both cases a maintenance views are not regenerated

Reason and Prerequisites

1. There could be an inconsistency in the banking field catalog if

banking analyser is not used but add-on EA-FINSERV is installed.

2. There is an error in one basis function that is called in the

application.

Solution

1. Run report RKEAGENF for banking template operating concern E_B1.

The selection fill up as follows:

Operating concern: "E_B1"

Structure: leave blank

Type of CO-PA: "1"

Refill? : "X".

Then a run of report RKEAGENV should proceed successfuly.

2. Implement the attached code correction or aplly for SAP_BASIS 700

hotpackage 7 or higher.

SAP Note 44501 - Client transport for CO-PA: Correction to3.0D


Summary

Symptom

For Release 3.0D, none of the generated objects are transported with the

client transport CO-PA. The log often includes message TW109 "Table XYZ is

not in nametab", where the tables are tables generated from the COPA area

during Customizing.

Cause and prerequisites

The name of function module for the selection of the COPA tables, that is

linked to the client transport as application exit, has been incorrectlyspecified in the control table for these exits.

Caution: This error message is also generated when the button

"Client-independent data" is not selected when transporting clients. If the

Profitability Analysis is also to be transported, this button must be

selected.

Solution

Call Transaction SM30. Enter "V_CCCEXIT" as table and choose "Maintain".

Confirm the messages that data is valid for all clients and belongs to SAP.

On the subsequent screen, select the line that contains the function module"RKE_TRANSPORT_OP_CONCERN". This also highlights the line.

Choose "Copy as ..." (function key F6). Now change the name of function

module "RKE_TRANSPORT_OP_CONCERN" to "RKC_TRANSPORT_OP_CONCERN" (thus, only

change RKE to RKC). Confirm your change with by pressing ENTER.

You have now created a copy of the old function with a new name. Now, the

old function has to be deleted. To do this, select the line containing the

function module "RKE_TRANSPORT_OP_CONCERN" (thus, the old name) again. This

also highlights the line. Choose "Delete" (SHIFT+F2).

Now save and exit the transaction.

Start the client transport again.
