    SRM Shopping Cart Approval

    The SRM Shopping Cart Approval app is designed

    to help managers approve purchase requisitions ofindirect goods or services such as maintenance,repair, and operations shopping carts. By selectingthe shopping cart, full line-item details of the

    requisition are displayed. Managers can thenimmediately approve or reject these requestsattaching notes regarding reasons for their decision.Managers can also adjust the account assignment

    Automate the interview process all with the help of

    the Interview Assistant app. Configured to meetyour specific assessment and evaluation criteria, the

    app enables interviewers to review the candidatesresume and capture interview notes and questionson their mobile device. As a result, you have astructured process that ensures consistentassessments and evaluations providingsubsequent cross-calibration of candidates once the

    interview process has concluded.

    Once an employee has captured individual travelexpenses, it is necessary to create and process anexpense report. With the Travel Expense Reportapp, an employee can review line items submittedearlier and make changes, as needed. Applicablecredit card charges can also be reviewed andapplied to the report.     Travel Expenses

    The Travel Expenses app enables the travelingworkforce to manage and track travel expensesefficiently from a mobile device. It providesanytime, anywhere access to the SAP TravelManagement application with support forBlackberry and iPhone.

    An employee can enter expenses via drop-downmenus, and capture notes and receipt images. He

    or she can then return to the app to see the statusof submitted reports and display line-item notesfrom controlling and take immediate action.

    A user can save reports as templates for later use,and better yet, synchronize all of their trips with hisor her device calendar. The Travel Expensesapplication works offline and synchs with yourcompanys server when a connection is re-established.

    Asset Visualizer

    Targeting areas such as procurement, the oil field,

    maintenance, and finance, the Asset Visualizerapp provides details for a desired asset on yourmobile device.

    Asset details are easily accessed and updated.Leveraging the advantages of a mobile device, such

    as location-based services and the embeddedcamera for scanning, you can quickly find a desired

    asset.

    Update any and all assets and supporting assetdetails by using a unique ID (such as master ID,RFID, or asset tag). Give employees andcontractors proper security to view and updatedetails for an asset, including the ability to addphotos and notes from an iPad. Enhance theapproval workflow for certain changes to your ERPsystem. View purchase dates and last maintenance

    Electronic Medical Records

    The Electronic Medical Records app gives

    healthcare professionals quick access to theirpatients medical records. It supports physicians byoffering up-to-date information, such as charts onvital parameters, medications, and lab results, X-ray

    and CT images, progress notes, contact information,diagnosis, and patient problems.

    The physician has access to all relevant information

    for each patients visit. Billing status can also beviewed, and, if necessary, payments can beautomatically processed.

    Field Service & Asset Management

    The Mobile Field Service application enables field

    technicians to access critical SAP data anytime andanywhere. Running in online and offline modes ondifferent mobile devices, the application helps fieldtechnicians to perform their daily activities at

    customer sites and within plants. It integrates withthe Plant Maintenance (PM) or Customer Service

    (CS) modules of SAP ECC systems.

    The typical scenario is based on work orders(Service or Maintenance orders) and notificationscreated and assigned to technicians in SAP ECC.These two objects trigger the business processesand the data distribution of all the keyBusinessObjectssuch as technical objects(equipments and functional locations), measurementpoints and business partners to the device.

    Additionally, the field technicians have the ability tocapture related data on their devices and

    synchronize them to the SAP back end.
