ASAP Business Blueprint
The Q&Adb can generate the Business Blueprint report to describe yourenterprises objectives based on Customer Information templates and answersyou provided to questions during the blueprinting processes in the Q&Adb.
The Business Blueprint report displays all information contained in the relevantsubstructure, unless you have set reporting options to limit the reports scope.The Business Blueprint records the scope that you and your consultant haveagreed upon after determining a comprehensive list of project deliverables.

ASAP Business Process Master List (BPML)
The Business Process Master List (BPML) helps you organize and manageconfiguration and testing activities for your implementation project. Generated byQ&Adb, the BPML is the central storage area from which you build theworksheets to manage the baseline configuration, final configuration, final
integration testing and end-user procedures.
The BPML consists of several Microsoft Excel worksheets that collectivelyfacilitate the configuration and testing of the system and the development of end-user documentation.

ASAP Roadmap
The Roadmap methodology and project plan describes what, why and howcertain activities are performed, and who performs them. The Roadmap ensuresthat you attend to all steps in the implementation with project management plansto prompt you well in advance of the execution of activities such as end-usertraining.
On the technical side, the Roadmap addresses topics such as interfaces and
data conversion. Wherever possible, ASAP provides examples, checklists, ortemplates. ASAP calls these documents Accelerators. They are used in any typeof implementation, even when you do not use all ASAP elements.
The Roadmap, represented by the road graphic above, contains the five phasesof AcceleratedSAP, with all the steps needed to implement the R/3 System. Theindividual phases include:

Data Transfer Workbench
The Data Transfer Workbench (DXWB) controls the complete data transferprocess and integrates different available load techniques. The new functionsuse BAPI interfaces and reduce the time and cost of mass data transfer. TheDXWB also integrates batch input and direct input based on the business object'sload programs. The DXWB is a one-stop-shop for all data transfers and containsthe Data Mapping and Conversion (DMC) tool and integrates with the LegacySystem Migration Workbench data mappings.
The DXWB provides central functions to facilitate required DX tasks:

Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW)
The LSMW is a free SAP-based tool that supports the one-time or periodic
transfers of data from non-SAP systems to SAP. The LSMW can be used inconjunction with the Data Transfer Workbench.
The LSMW assists in organizing your data migration project and guides youthrough the process by using a clear sequence of steps. The most commonconversion rules are predefined. Reusable conversion rules assure consistentdata conversion for different data objects.
The LSMW covers the following steps:
Read the legacy data from one or several files (such as spreadsheets orsequential files)
Convert the data from source format to target format
Import the data using standard interfaces (Batch Input, Direct Input, BAPI,IDoc)

Quick Sizer
The Quick Sizer is a Web-based tool to make the sizing of mySAP.com fasterand easier. The Quick Sizer has been developed by SAP in close cooperationwith all platform partners and is free.
The Quick Sizer calculates CPU, disk and memory resource categories based onthroughput numbers and the number of users working with the different SAPcomponents in a hardware and database independent format.
