The next several pages of this guide describe how each of the Compensation Administering
reports listed above can be used to help you perform your job role. The actual report names,
as listed in SAP and referenced above, are not always fully indicative of the nature of the
report and the value it can provide, so please refer to the upcoming pages as needed and
utilize SAP standard reporting to the fullest.

This is an example of a report that you can run “wide open” (without entering data in the input
fields) without it timing out, since the goal is generally to display the complete list of active
jobs.

This report displays jobs along with the positions they describe and the persons holding those
positions.
Data Selection screen notes:
You may select more than one job directly from the Job input field.

This report lists all jobs and their job descriptions.
Report Output screen notes:
You may need to drill through using the Select objects display icon to display the qualifications
displayed above if you’ve displayed more than one job at a time.
S_AHR_61016501– Complete Job Description
This reports lists all jobs along with specifications on their description, requirements profile,
task profile and resources and authorities.

S_AHR_61016532 – Infotype Reporting
This report displays information about the infotypes (screens of related data) that an object
such as a job has or does not have. One of the primary uses for this report is to display objects
that are missing specific infotypes.
Data Selection screen notes:
Be sure and enter the correct Object type (“C” for Job) and then select the Infotype using the
Search Help button. To use this report to display objects missing the selected infotype, click
the Objects without this infotype box in the Display section.
Report Output screen notes:
If displaying more than one object, it will probably be highly useful to add the Object ID
column using the Change Layout function, as shown in the image above.
S_AHR_61018797 – Planned Compensation for Jobs
This report lists the planned compensation amounts assigned to jobs.
Data Selection screen notes:
Currency and Time unit are required fields.

This report compares the actual base salary that is entered on an employee's Basic Pay
infotype (0008) record and the planned compensation assigned to the Job that describes the
employee’s position.
Report Output screen notes:
You’ll need to scroll to the right to display all of the planned compensation information (in
yellow). There are a large number of fields that can be added using Change Layout, including
Personnel Number, Position Number, etc.
S_BCE_68001399 – Users According to Complex Criteria
This report displays a list of all users who have been assigned a particular SAP security role.
Data Selection screen notes:
Use the Search Help icon in the Role field to display a list of a roles. You may use the search
string yec*as shown below if needed to narrow the results.

PC_PAYRESULT – Display Payroll Results
This report displays payroll results for individual employees. As such, it can be a highly useful
tool for researching individual compensation-related payroll issues.
Enter an employee ID number in the Personnel number field and a date in the all results from
field if needed (optional, all pay runs for the employee will display if left blank). Click Enter,
and the list of pay results for that employee displays on the right. Double-click the payment to
be reviewed.
A table of the different categories of payroll results for the selected payment appears. Double-
click the category to be reviewed.

The most useful categories for overall compensation-related issue research would probably
include Results Table,
and potentially Arrears (deductions not taken when an employee is on unpaid leave or similar
situations,
and Deductions not taken.
Again, due to the complexity of payroll processing, retroactive calculations, etc., it may be
useful to reach out to a Payroll administrator to discuss results displayed in this report.

In addition to SAP standard reports, Compensation Administrators also have access to the
following custom ECC reports, which use the same base functionality as standard reports:
Remember to save your commonly used reports to your Favorites menu on the Easy Access
screen, and to create and use Variants and Layouts in order to save time on reports that are
processed frequently. Please see the learning options on the first page of this guide if you have
questions about processing SAP standard reports.
