ORDER CONFIRMATION

ENTER PROCESS ORDER CONFIRMATION –

T-CODE – COR6

Open the process order in display mode by T Code COR3,

Check the status of the order it should be REL i.e

Released

Click on the operations icon to view the operations

assigned to the product for this product only one

operation is assigned

Enter Process Order Confirmation

Enter the Order no and the operation no

and press enter

Here operation no entered is 0010 ,if it is not an operation system

will give the error message operation cannot be confirmed, enter

the next operation no.

Enter the next operation no 0020 and press enter

system will display the following details screen

System will display the yield to be

confirmed check or change the quantity to

be confirmed for the particular operation

and enter the duration to be confirmed

After confirming the yield and the duration

save the confirmation

After clicking save icon system will give pop

up enter the date of production and continue

After saving confirmation saved message will be displayed at

the bottom of the screen, If there are more operations similar

steps are to be followed for the individual operations

Status of the order can be viewed in order

information system T Code - COOISPI

Double clicking on the system status details

of the status can be viewed

After confirmation of the order, order stock can be viewed in

the stock overview T- Code MMBE, Order stock is displayed in

Quality inspection, Inform Quality control to release the stock.
