    Policies For Santorini Functions

    Minimum Guests: 100 -120 persons for Ballroom A; 120 180 persons

    for Ballroom B; and, minimum 180 pax for A & B combined;

    P20,000.00 is required to reserve the date, good for 7 days only. A 50%

    deposit is required seven days after signing of Contract. Full payment

    must be made 2 weeks before the function date. All payments are non-

    refundable and non changeable;

    Due to the oil mural painting on the walls, layout for additional

    decorations and set-up by the organizer/planner has to be submitted to

    Sales Department one week in advance for approval;

    If separate ceremony set-up is required in areas other than the

    reception venue like Santorini A or B, Flora Caf, Veranda, Piano Bar,

    the fee is P15,000.00. This includes: 50 chairs, rostrum/table, sound

    system and microphone. If ceremony will be held in the adjacent

    ballroom (A or B; availability shall be confirmed to the client two

    weeks before the function date, otherwise, the ceremony will be set up

    in other available function areas listed above;

    For packages with Cocktails, this shall be served at the Concourse

    Lobby or at Flora Caf or Veranda. This is subject to availability.
