In order to completely satisfy our clients needs and expectations we are using for our products only the highest quality CAST ACRYLIC SHEETS, made from Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), according to all the European Standards:

European Standard EN 263: 2010 : Sanitary appliances – Crosslinked cast acrylic sheets for bathtubs and shower trays for domestic purposes;European Standard EN 14516: 2010 : Bathtubs for domestic purposes;

European Standard EN 14527: 2008 : Shower trays for domestic purposes;

WHY ?

Nobody is buying a bathtub or a showertray for using it only a few years. You will need to use a product for many years and some of you for a life time. We proudly say: 30 years waranty! And we say that just because the law requiers us to say something. A

product, if properly cared can be a daily friend for you and your family for the rest of your life.

Soft and very strong at the same time, pleasant by touch, not cold and shiny, a product can be even repaired after minor damages. Highly resistant to UV, fluorescent light, high tempreture and harmful substances usually used in a bathroom: perfumes containing alcohol, nail polish remover, spray or hair-spray, after shave and different lotions, cast acrylic is the only proper solution for creating a bathtub or a shower tray.

Smooth and with excellent insulating properties, a bathtub will maintain the water temperature allowing you to relax for longer and a shower tray is never going to cool your feet.

From production until it reaches the final destination, your bathroom, a product will always be protected with a plastic wrap that shall be removed only after mounting. Designed to be higly hygienic, can be cleaned by using any usual bath-cleaning solutions excepting those containing strong alcohol, acid or abrasive grains. No need to scrape, rub or polish. Just wash it! is already shining!

WHY CAST ACRYLIC ?

CAST ACRYLIC – Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), is much better for fabricating bathtubs and shower trays than extruded acrylic or ABS acrylic. Casting is a no stress method of making the acrylic sheets by pouring it in liquid form onto, and trapping it between two polished sheets of steel or glas, spaced apart by shims of the required thickness. The advantage is that there is less internal stress and the material will have a high cracking, blistering and aging resistance. If properly cared, a bathtub or a shower from PMMA will keep it´s properties for 30 years or in many cases for a lifetime. Higly resistent, even when exposed to unfavourable conditions the material still maintain his properties. When it is transparent, this material is very well known as PLEXIGLAS.

EXTRUDED ACRYLIC – Methyl methacrylate (MMA), retains a lot of stresses formed into the sheet by the hot extrusion process. The melted acrylic is squeezed through a thin slot dimensioned to the required material thickness and air cooled quickly. There is also stress built up when

using any heat producing cutting or buffing methods. This stress will sometimes cause a shattering effect if the stress micro cracks in the finished part get any detergents/glue/solvent/lubricant into them. Some parts look like broken safety glass from just such cleaning.

ABS ACRYLIC – coextruded impact modified PMMA/ABS, it is i fact ABS (Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol) 92-96% covered with a layer of PMMA 4-9%. In fact, this material is mostly used as a much cheaper alternative to PMMA. So far no clear evidence of the longevity and speed of aging of this material has been delivered but because using this material reduces the production costs, more and more producers are seeing the PMMA/ABS combination as a serious alternative for medium and low price assortments . The warranty period will be considerable shorter in this case!

TIPS FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE IN YOUR BATH

BATHING RULES

▪ The time you spend in your bath, should be 15 - 25 minutes. If you lay longer in hot/warm water your skin will dry, the circulatory system will be overcharged and your body will lose from it´s energy and vitality. Using some alkaline bathing aditives should be considered an exception from this rule. A ca. 30 minutes baths is recomended in such case.

▪ After meals, we strongly recommend that you should wait at least 45 minutes until taking a bath or have the meal after bath.▪ If your skin has a tendency to be to dry you should take long and hot baths with using hydrating bath-foam. It should hydrate your

skin.▪ One warm bath before going to bed helps you to have a silent night and peaceful sleep;▪ It is a very improtant rule that after each bath to completely dry your skin using a smooth towel, then lubricate your whole body with a

moisturizing cream or lotion.

SUITABLE TOOLS AND ACCESOIRES FOR YOUR DAILY BATH:

▪ In order to preserve the natural balance of your skin try to use only PH-neutral soap or shower gel. The balance of your skin will not be affected .

▪ Natural sponges clean deep and efficiently your skin, removing also the particles of death skin and impurities.▪ Using a loofah sponge for cleaning your wet skin, in addition to a perfect skin you will get also a quite wonderful massage as well.▪ A smoth brush for gently washing your back should not miss from bathroom.

THE TEMPERATURE OF A BATH IS ALSO IMPORTANT:

The temperature of the bathing water has a crucial influence on the welness of your body:▪ To initiate the self-healing process and to stimulate your organism you should experience a not longer than 2-5 minutes cold bath at

12 – 24 C°.▪ For refreshing and fitnness, mostly in the morning after waking-up from bed, try a 10 minutes long bath at 30 C°.▪ After an exhausting day do not forget a 15 minutes warm bath at 37 C° in ordert to relax your body and mind.▪ Warmer baths, at higher than 37 C° temperatures, for 10-15 minutes, is providing positive impulses to your methabolism, immunity

and ciculatory system. Pregnant ladies or people having circulatory or heart problems should avoid bathing at such high temperatures.

HOW TO MAINTAIN MY BATHTUB OR SHOWERTRAY?

Cleaning your bathtub or tray after each use with a cloth or a soft sponge and some non-agressive cleaning solution ist the only secret. Use and care them regularly and maybe you shall never replace them from your bath.

disinfection tablet in the place specially designed for this. The whirlpool will do all the job by itself. ▪ The whirlpools without disinfection systems should be cleaned and disinfected, at least two times per month, with
