A CNC machining expert with rich experience on 3 & 5 axes in the Tool Room & Aerospace Division of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. having spent over 13 years with expertise in Precision Tool and Aerospace Component manufacturing.

Planned & Operationalized Green Field Project for Stamping Dies, Sheet Metal Components & Welded Assemblies for Caparo Engineering at Chennai.

Execution of a Brown Field Expansion of over 6000 sq.mt.to augment the manufacturing capacity for NRB Bearings at Aurangabad.

A strategist with expertise in planning and executing manufacturing projects with a flair for adopting modern methodologies in compliance with quality standards.

Well versed with implementing various techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Lean Manufacturing and Low Cost Automation for cycle time reduction.

Proficient in using tools such as TS 16949, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA. Experienced in logistics & International supply chains. Exposed to MRP/ERP systems. Trained in HSM from Mikron Switzerland.

The development for the above NPD programs was carried out using the Quality tools -APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and MSA.

Plastic moulds, Panel dies and Press tools, SPMs, Welded and CED Painted Sheet Metal parts and assemblies.
