Hotels

The wide range of Marley flush actuation plates in a variety of finishes, coupled with ‘soft push’ pneumatic operation options, make the Marley Sanitary range an ideal option for hotel specification. The range includes plates in a variety of patterns and finishes including glass and real wood, all with unobtrusive recessed frames. The offer also includes high quality shower drainage, offered as linear channels with glass inset panels, stainless steel grates or with a recess for ceramic tiles to coordinate with the floor finish. Added to this, the Marley range includes dBlue acoustic soil system, equator PE-X hot and cold water and Marley waste systems. A complete range of sanitary, plumbing and drainage solutions, ideal for the hotel sector.

Schools

Colourful WC seats and flush actuation plates coupled with a special sanitary frame for lower pan heights are included in the Education offering for younger children. Concealed frames and cisterns are an ideal choice for schools and colleges, aiding both cleanliness and hygiene and also being tamperproof. The dual flush options available on the majority of flush actuation plates and buttons can lead to a 30% reduction in water usage for WC’s. Infra-red flush plates are also available. Other Marley solutions include a full range of soil, waste, aluminium rainwater systems, underground and sustainable drainage systems, all ideal for educational new build or refurbishment.

Offices

As with hotels, the Marley Sanitary range is ideal for office developments. Frames are available in a variety of sizes for different situations and are compatible with most integrated panelling systems. The Marley concealed cistern is one of the narrowest and most versatile on the market, designed to fit where space is at a premium. The range includes two different WC float manifold systems for multiple WC’s and a full range of infra-red WC and Urinal flush actuation plates. Coupled with this, the Marley HDPE and PVC-u soil systems are ideal for the office and mixed use projects.

Infrastructure (airports, service stations etc.)

A comprehensive range of sanitary frames and concealed cisterns, ideal for use in conjunction with integrated panelling systems and infra-red flush actuation plates, with close (60mm) or long range (550mm) sensors, have been developed for applications such as commercial washrooms in service stations, airports and other transit hub projects. Products specifically for special needs to adhere to the requirements of Building Regulations Approved Document M (England and Wales) are inherent to the product offering. The Marley WC float manifold system in PVC-u for multiple WC’s is designed to minimise space required and provide an easy and effective way of providing a horizontal float without the need to fabricate special fittings.

Hospitals & care homes

Marley Sanitary systems include products adapted for special needs applications. An example of this is a special needs sanitary frame which allows for higher WC pan heights and allows for the installation of support frames for grab handles. The range also includes high contrast and easy to press buttons on flush actuation plates for the visually impaired; an anti-ligature button, short and long range infrared flush actuation and a wireless radar flush button for installation on grab handles. The dBlue acoustic soil system, equator PE-X hot and cold water, Marley waste systems, underground and sustainable drainage systems complete a credible offering for Healthcare applications.

Residential

Especially useful for residential applications, a 1m height frame has been included in the Marley Sanitary range, ideal to fit under windows. An 820mm height frame is also in the range which can be used in conjunction with fitted bathroom furniture. The wide range of flush actuation plates and buttons also give the residential specifier a large choice of design options. A high quality shower drainage system can add a professional and aesthetically pleasing touch to any bathroom or wet room with a variety of grate styles, glass panels or with a recess for ceramic tiles. Marley soil and waste systems, waste traps and equator hot and cold water pipe system are also all ideal for use in the new or refurbished residential bathroom.

Schools

Ideal for nurseries and primary education applications, the Marley sanitary range includes frames adapted for 300mm floor supported WC pans, colourful dual flush buttons, which help with colour differentiation and an understanding of water conservation. A matching range of colourful toilet seats are also available. The Marley range of standard sanitary frames and infra red actuation plates are also ideal for schools and colleges.

Special needs

Marley Sanitary systems include specific products for special needs applications. A special needs sanitary frame which allows for higher WC pan heights and is also narrower than standard frames to allow for installation of support frames for grab handles. The range also includes flush actuation plates with high colour contrast and easy to press buttons for the visually impaired; short and long range infrared flush actuation and a wireless radar flush button for installation on grab handles.

The Marley range of flush actuation plates is one of the

most extensive available on the market with unique and

innovative features to suit all styles of bathroom and

washroom design.

Versatility The complete range of WC flush actuation plates can be used with any sanitary frame cistern, providing the specifier with complete flexibility.

Innovative Electronic dual flush touch – combining sleek design with hygienic function.

Range High quality glass, real (not synthetic) wood and other design effects as well as more traditional white and chrome finishes.

Options Infra red options available – both short sensor range (60mm) and long sensor range (550mm) using mains operation. Optional battery operation is available for urinal plates. A wireless radio transmitter receiver option is also available for disabled facilities.

Design Completely recessed options available which sit in complete alignment with the wall or furniture.

Sanitary frame systems

Strength The Marley sanitary frame will support loads in excess of 400kg (63st) and are designed for a 25 year lifespan.

Water conservation The dual flush capability offers a choice of 6 or 3 litre flushes.

Aesthetic advantage The very nature of the concealed frame allows for clean design lines, taking up no more space than a traditional installation. All the pipework is hidden, as an added bonus.

Easy to clean Because the sanitary ware is suspended from the wall, cleaning is far easier, faster and more effective, a key requirement for Facilities Managers.

Easy to maintain With front or top access and no access panel required. Should you need to, maintenance is straightforward.

Any necessary maintanence can be achieved through the flush actuation plate access, avoiding the need for expensive, obstrusive access panels.

Product range 3 different heights available, 820mm, 1000mm & 1200mm for different applications i.e. situated under a window or for use with built in bathroom furniture, etc. Frames specially adapted for disabled WCs and for sanitary ware designed for small children are also available. Concealed cistern

Flush Valve Dual flush valve with built in overflow which can be easily removed and maintained. Available with cable connection which delivers a better acoustic performance than lever operation, or a pneumatic system providing the user with a ‘soft touch’ operation.

WC Seats Included in the range are a standard version and a soft close version in white. The seats are easily removable with a scratch resistant surface, and compatible with most wall hung and floor standing WC pans. A range of colourful seats designed for applications for young children completes the range.

Fill valve The Marley fill valve is WRAS approved and noise attenuating at less than 20dB at 3 bar, providing the reliability you would expect from Marley.


Marley system solutions

Marley dBlue An Acoustic soil and waste range with a triple layered pipe providing quick, hygienic removal of sanitary waste water. The noise generated by the flow of water is dramatically reduced – making it perfect for multi-occupancy apartment blocks and high specification developments.

Equator Equator is ideal for hot & cold water or central heating installations. A tamperproof fitting with a unique grip release mechanism ensuring that the system can only be disassembled through the use of a special de-mounting tool. Equator has been designed to meet the requirements of BS 7291: Parts 1 & 3; Class S. The complete Equator system is backed by a 30 year guarantee.

Marley HDPE Marley Akatherm HDPE is a drainage system which offers an alternative solution to cast iron. It is particularly suited for commercial applications or where a product with high impact or abrasion resistance is required, such as hospitals, hotels, schools, as well as residential buildings. HDPE will also cope with temperature variations of -40°C to 100°C making it ideal for external as well as internal installations.

Marley PVCu Soil Standard PVCu soil systems to BS EN 1329:2000. Ideal for domestic and commercial applications, including branch connections to other materials. Available in 82mm, 110mm and 160mm, ring seal and solvent weld jointing variants.

Marley waste systems A wide range of PVC-C, ABS and polypropylene waste ranges from 32mm to 50mm and in a variety of colours. The range includes waste traps in a hygienic white finish and higher specification chrome finish. Available with solvent weld, compression and push fit jointing.

Marley Alutec shower outlets A range of 40mm aluminium shower outlets for sheet or tiled floors, available in vertical and horizontal versions and with aluminium, stainless steel or nickel bronze grates.

The perfect finish

Thanks to innovative design, Linnum allows for a perfect finish to be achieved with tiles, marble or other kinds of floor covering. The reversible cover system allows for a smooth top finish or a ‘fill-in’ finish using the same materials used for the rest of the floor, achieving an unobtrusive effect.

The soft grid range is supplied with spacer pins to allow water to drain away.

Continuous drainage

Stainless steel grid, suitable for all types of swimming pool, changing room or gym application.

A wide choice of styles

Choose from the stainless steel AISI 304 grids or the eye catching glass covers in azure blue, soft white and kohl black.
