All data comes from Sandvine customers who consent to participate in the reportA script collects high level (lowest common denominator), subscriber anonymous data• No service plan details (speed/quota)• Two weeks of network usage to build average
day metrics• Subscriber consumption based on previous

Data is validated, then amalgamated togetherSame methodology in place since 2009
