Sandvik's BR111, BR222 and BR333 models

combine simplicity and cost-effectiveness with a

class-leading power to weight ratio that is

optimised for demolition and recycling.

The three models match carriers in the 0.8 to

4.0 ton (1800-8800 lb) range and benefit from a

sturdy yet lightweight design and a streamlined

shape that makes them ideally suited to

applications in narrow spaces.

Capable of accepting a wide range of oil flows,

excellent back pressure acceptance and dual

mounting options, these class leading models can

be installed on a wide range mini excavators, skid

steer loaders and other compact carriers.

While Sandvik's all new built in Pressure

Release System (PRS) enables fast and safe hose

removal for quick couplers.

The simple integrated design of all three

breakers give them 30% fewer parts, with no tie

rods, an integrated accumulator and integrated

single lower tool bushing.

Featuring just two moving parts which minimises

maintenance and reduces owning and operating

costs, none of these three breakers require period-

ical gas recharging, while servicing, resealing and

the replacement of the single lower tool bushing

can be accomplished in a matter of minutes for

minimal down time and greater profitability.

Sandvik BR2155 incorporates the latest

technology in breaker design. Featuring a

replaceable bottom plate, Sandvik’s VIDAT

system and made from wear resistant steel,

the slim and extremely robust body of the

BR2155 offers the operator greater

visibility and better accessibility in trenching

and demolition applications.

Built to last and for ease of operation, the

BR2155 has been designed with the

operator, environment and application in

mind. The sound-suppressed housing

increases operator comfort and also enables

the BR2155 to be utilised in urban areas

where noise restrictions are a factor. The

BR2155 also comes with a connection set to

ensure fast and simple installation.

Through the use of a broad range of

”Retrofit” options, the BR2155 can be

adapted to be more application-specific to

further increase productivity.

The sandvik tools offering comprises the chisel and moil point

tools that are suitable for most jobs.

in trenching, benching and demolition applications, the material is

broken by a combination of impact energy and a wedging effect that

forces the material to separate as the tool penetrates. The chisel is the

preferred choice among professionals in some trenching applications;

whereas the moil point is recommended as it causes less burring in the

tool retainer pin area.

Limestone chisel and pyramid tools are also suitable for trenching,

Benching and demolition. limestone chisel increases production where

the penetration rate is high. pyramid tool is particularly effective in

concrete.

Blunt tools and super blunt tools are suitable for secondary breaking

and boulder reduction applications. The tool breaks the material with

stress waves generated by the hammer, passing through the tool and into

the rock. The standard blunt tool provides an excellent combination of

productivity and resistance to wear. For additional wear resistance in

particularly abrasive conditions, a super blunt tool may be specified.

Hard rock chisel is designed for primary breaking of hard rock;

The Sandvik BC Cutter-Crusher Range

features three models all of which deliver

a class leading power to weight ratio.

BC504 and BC706 with their lightweight

design can be mounted on carriers from

2.5 tons up to 9 tons, and the BC2022 is

the number one choice for carriers

between 20 and 40 tons.

Featuring optimised tooth design and

wide jaw opening for better productivity,

the BC Cutter-Crusher features extremely

powerful jaws, long cutting blades,

backed by a hard facing for an all round

robust design.

360˚ power rotation (optional) allows

for easier positioning, whilst the centre

mounted cylinder provides constant

BP pulverizer range

The Sandvik Bp pulverizer range is ideally

suited to a wide range of secondary

demolition and recycling duties. The Bp

range models are designed for fast and

effective material separation, a key aspect

of the recycling process.

The broad jaw design of the Bp range

pulverizers coupled with their extra wide

jaw opening allows for large amounts

of material to be processed at a time

for maximum productivity. Bp3042 is

equipped with a speed valve for higher

production.

Manufactured from wear resistant
