They enjoyed getting together so much and it was almost like a continuation of what we shared almost 50 years ago. Coats For Kids - Join with WMU and LBA in their effort to keep our kids warm and happy this winter. We are collecting new coats for kids sizes 4t to 20 for both boys and girls as well as scarves, hats, mittens, and gloves. Deadline for donations is today. Our Coats for Kids event will be on Saturday, December 2nd from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Chestnut Hill Baptist Church. Volunteers are needed to sort and hang coats and to manage phone calls. Call the LBA office at 316-8382 to volunteer.
Week of Prayer For International Missions and the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering will be Sunday, December 3rd through Sunday, December 10th.
Happy Hearts Christmas Dinner will be at Spring House on Saturday, December 2nd at 6:30 p.m. The van will leave SBC at 6:00 p.m. The cost is $20 and includes all you can eat meal, drink, dessert, and tip. See Rebecca Eubank for more info or for pickup. Sign up by Wednesday, November 29th.
L.A.C.E. Christmas Tea will be on Saturday, December 9th at 1:00 p.m.
