CONDITIONS OF SALE Hybrid Seed Company New Zealand Limited (Hybrid Seed) warrant to the extent of the purchase price that the seeds sold, in original packaging, are as describedon the container within recognised tolerances. Hybrid Seed makes no other warranties, guarantees or conditions express or implied of the merchantability, fitness for particular purposeor otherwise of the seed sold by it or the crops grown from such seeds. Hybrid Seed’s liability in any case of defect or fault shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods in respectof which such liability arises. Hybrid Seed shall have no further liability or responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage. By opening the original packagingit signifies that these Conditions of sale have been understood and accepted. If these conditions are not acceptable the purchaser should immediately return the goods un-opened.
