While the tower was being constructed the precast products were being produced off site freeing up the space on site for materials. ¾ The top level of this garage is an amenities level with a pool, and tennis courts. Meeting the loading requirements yet still providing an open clear span in the garage can only be done with precast. ¾ With the condos separated by a 2” expansion joint, providing a 4 hour fire separation was taken care of within the precast structural system with 8” solid wall panel on the entire separating elevation.
