Letter from the President

Thank you to all who have been attending the meetings. Hopefully, you’re enjoying them as much as I have. I’m looking forward to seeing pictures of your buckets since I’ll be on the quilt safari during our next meeting. A special thanks to Brenda Bloomfield for conducting April’s meeting. Your meeting sounds like a lot of fun and we will be thinking of you while we are at Missouri Star Quilt Co. that day!!

At our Board Meeting we decided to wait until we are back in the civic center for ReStash. Look for ReStash in 2019.

A big Thank You and Welcome to Deb Cutler and Orleen Barber-Deschiney for agreeing to be our program chairladies.

We will be meeting at First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall beginning with the May Meeting. This is at the back of the church (Northwest side). Parking is available on the side of the building and across the street at the corner of Auburn and Arrington. There is parking available against the back of the build-ing for handicapped guild members. Please leave the spaces available facing office for church members. They are not charging us but we will make a contribution to them for use of their facilities.

Those of you at the March meeting were able to view the beautiful op-portunity quilt which was sewn by Danette Roundy and quilted by Deb Williams. This quilt was totally donated to the guild from Patchwork Pig. Please thank them for their generosity and time. It is gorgeous!!!! Sincerely, Bev Spellbring

The Civic Center has insisted that we use the side doors for loading and unloading only; Not as an Entrance or Exit.

Please remember this rule.
