We are very honored to be chosen by the RENPER Council as the organizer of the Network’s 8 th International Conference, which will be held here in Manila. In this regard, we are privileged to invite you and/or representatives from your university on October 24-25, 2018. The conference theme is “Urban Poverty Reduction: Challenges, policy initiatives, programs and practices.” The sub-themes include, but are not limited to those enumerated in the attached brochure. We welcome submission of abstracts and full papers from our RENPER partners: students, staff, lecturers and moreover from other stakeholders, associations, and organizations engaged in poverty eradication activities. We believe that in this conference participants will be able to share international, regional, and country experiences in relation with poverty eradication efforts. Likewise, this conference will also be an excellent venue to learn more from each other in line with our unified mission to help in addressing the sustainable development goals (SDGs) particularly, Goal 1 - No Poverty. To facilitate our preparations and finalization of arrangements particularly on the venue and hotel accommodation we would like to request you to kindly confirm participation and accomplish and return to us the pre-registration form to this conference as soon as possible.
