4-Mucus agglutination test (campylobacteriosis)
Homogenization of the vaginal mucus
1:4 dilution with PBS (or 5% phenol saline) using ground glass beads
Mixing the vaginal mucus 1:1 with melted oxiod agar
Incubate the solid agar with phenol saline for 18 hours at 37oC to
extract the antibody.
Solidification
5- Mucus agglutination test (Trichomoniasis )
The mucus is diluted 1/5 with physiological saline and emulsified
