I love your slogan, A Little Place with Lots to Offer! Its catchy and would grab a readers attention. b. As well as concentrating on the text, you have obviously taken the time to think about how the brochure could look visually. Your proposed photographs are just the type for a travel brochure and compliment the text. You have realised the importance of short paragraphs and sentences which helps readability (Id just suggest breaking down the block paragraph on the third page). The use of bold text and clear sub-headings also add to the readability aspect and draw your readers eye to all the important points. You have focused on making sure theres lots of you copy which involves your reader. The towns attractions have been highlighted effectively, from ...the Five Ways family dining hub, where you can savour mouth-watering seafood and a host of home-cooked delights to Waterland, with oodles of interactive water features and a splash pool for younger children www.visitlittleton.co.uk [the Littleton website address will appear at the bottom of all pages]
  6. 6. All the key aspects of the brief have been successfully covered including promoting the 100 coupon booklet. Well done for mentioning it on the front page; it acts as an initial draw and covering it again towards the end of the brochure means its useful in prompting the reader. The primary objective of the brochure was to attract people for weekend and short breaks, with a secondary aim of encouraging day-trippers. You have made a great job of achieving both objectives. Overall, this is an excellent brochure writing assignment, finishing aptly with a map and details of the tourist office. Kind Regards, www.visitlittleton.co.uk [the Littleton website address will appear at the bottom of all pages]
