Oceanside Wellness Group is located in Los Angeles, California. Built only twelve years ago, in 2000, Oceanside Wellness Group has all doctors including: Cardio, OBGYN, Pediatrics, Therapy, and Psychiatry. Oceanside Wellness Group is in a 6 story high red brick building, located on the fourth floor. The mission of the practice is to make all patients wishes come true. Whether it’s with soon to be moms not wanting to give birth in a hospital, to trying everyones hardest to come up with the best solutions for people’s sicknesses. The practice’s main goal is to hopefully extend their practice with other doctors with different specialties.

OBGYN NEEDED

Oceanside Wellness Group is in need of an OBGYN.

Requirements: must have at least 7 years of experience, 2 letters of recommendation, and at least 2 years of experience of being the head of the specialty department

CONSTANCE MONTGOMERY RESPONDED TO THIS AD

CONSTANCE MONTGOMERY

Constance, originally from Manhattan, moved to work in Seattle, Washington as the head of the OBGYN facility. After two years at Seattle Grace Hospital, she moved to Los Angeles, California to make a change and work in and in/out patient facility ran by two of her best friends Tressa Johnson and Sam Johnson. Constance works nonstop, but loves to relax on her back porch by the beach. She is recently divorced, but ready to experience the single life again.

FERTILITY SPECIALIST NEEDED

Fertility Specialist is needed at Oceanside Wellness Group who also has the experience to take over ownership of facility.

Requirements: At least 10 years of experience in field, has traveled to at least one third world country to work with the less fortunate, and has experience in finance to run the facility.

TRESSA JOHNSON REPLIED TO THIS AD

TRESSA JOHNSONTressa Johnson, originally from Manhattan, works at Oceanside Wellness Group as a fertility specialist. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California and is co-owner of Oceanside Wellness Group with her (soon to be ex) husband Sam Johnson. Tressa and Sam have a daughter, Mia, which is what she mostly worries about, along with work. Tressa hopes that in the years to come, to travel around the world to help third world countries get the medical attention they need.

CARDIO-THORACIC SURGEON NEEDED

Oceanside Wellness Group is in need of a Cardio-thoracic surgeon who might be interested in taking ownership of group.

Requirements: has to have at least 8 years of experience, at least 2 years of experience as the head of the department in the specialty, completed residency with no complaints or problems, and some experience in finance and business.

SAM JOHNSON RESPONDED TO THIS AD

SAM JOHNSONSam Johnson, originally from Manhattan, is one of the co-owners at Oceanside Wellness group located in Los Angeles, California. Sam lives right next door to his good friend, and new co-worker Constance Montgomery. Sam loves to work out, go for runs on the beach, and work whenever possible. Sam is the Cardio-thoracic Surgeon of the practice. He is soon to be divorced from his wife Tressa Johnson.

PEDIATRICIAN DOCTOR NEEDED

Oceanside Wellness Group is in need of a Pediatrician.

Requirements: 5 years of experience, at least 2 letters of recommendation, and completed residency with no complaints and/or problems

MARVIN FREEDMAN RESPONDED TO THIS AD

MARVIN FREEDMAN

Marvin Freedman, originally from Los Angeles, California is the Pediatrics doctor at Oceanside Wellness Group. He was adopted as a child, and grew up as an only child in his family, which is why he chose Pediatrics. Marvin loves kids and wants a huge family himself. He is married to Charlotte King, who also works at Oceanside Wellness Group.

SEXOLOGY SPECIALIST NEEDED

Sexology Specialist is needed for Oceanside Wellness Group. Our practice is wanting to broaden our horizons with new specialities

Requirements: experience for at least 3 years, has another speciality besides Sexology, head in a department for any specialty for at least 3 years.

CHARLOTTE KING REPLIED TO THIS AD

CHARLOTTE KINGCharlotte King, originally from Atlanta, Georgia, moved to Los Angeles, California to be the Chief of Staff at Saint Abrose Hospital. Charlotte met Marvin a few months after landing that job, but at first they hated each other. They started dating a year after she moved to Los Angeles. After three years of being Chief of Staff at Saint Abrose, she decided she needed a change, and joined the group at Oceanside Wellness Group with her Sexology specialty. Charlotte and Marvin got married a few months after Charlotte being hired at Oceanside Wellness. Although Marvin is a family guy and wants a huge family for himself, Charlotte is the complete opposite.

SCENARIO ONE

Tressa was talking to her best friend Constance about her ex husband Sam Johnson. Constance found out that Sam was in trouble with the corporate office and that Oceanside Wellness Group could be in danger of shutting down. When Constance asked Tressa why Sam was in trouble, Tressa told her that Sam was using the loans from the corporate office, not for the company, but for his divorce lawyer and other personal uses.

SCENARIO TWOAfter Tressa told Constance about Sam Johnson, she also mentioned that Marvin, might not be able to be trusted. When Constance asked why he could not be trusted, Tressa responded that she thought he was spreading rumors about some of their patients at the clinic. Although that did not sound like Marvin, Constance started becoming suspicious and wondered if his wife Charlotte King knew about these assumptions.

BETWEEN 2-3

SCENARIO THREEAs Constance was about to ask Tressa if Charlotte King knew about these assumptions about her husband, Tressa proceeded to tell her more gossip. This time, about Charlotte King herself. Tressa said that Charlotte King was an alcoholic and would frequently take sips from a whisky bottle in her desk. Constance did not have trouble believing that because Charlotte had a hard past couple of months, from getting robbed, to her father passing away.

BETWEEN 2-3

ARGUMENT ONESince Sam Johnson spent all of the company’s loan on a divorce lawyer and other personal uses, he is now in trouble with the corporate office. Therefore, Sam and the rest of the employees at Oceanside Wellness Group have to cut some budgets at the practice to help pay the corporate office back.

ARGUMENT TWOBecause Tressa was accusing Marvin of spreading rumors about patients around the clinic, he was not able to be trusted. Therefore, the all the employees at Oceanside Wellness Group confronted him, and also talked to his patients to find out the truth about the gossip.

ARGUMENT THREEBecause Charlotte King was robbed and beaten a couple months back, she has been drinking more then usual, even on the job. Therefore, the employees at Oceanside Wellness Group have told her she needs to go to mandatory AA meetings if she wants to keep seeing patients.

“CADENCE IN THE AMERICAN WORKPLACE”

No matter where an employee works or who an employee works with, the cadence in the American workplace will always have a certain rhythm. Work might always go smoothly, but there will always be situations that come up while at work. That is normal. That is because all employees at work have different personalities, and all handle situations differently. No matter what goes on, there will always be a different outcome because of all the different types of people working together. Examples of this can be shown above.
