  • Welcome!

    Thank you for participating as a Student Auditor for the upcoming Key Performance Survey!

    Every year we survey students in order to see how satisfied they are with Mohawk College and the schools services.

  • What is KPI?KPI = Key Performance Indicator

    Is a tool that allows student feedback to be collected.

    Is mandated by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities

    All 24 colleges in Ontario participate in this annual survey.

  • Auditors RoleYour role is to Assure that all students are given a fair and ethicalopportunity to complete their Student Satisfaction KPISurvey.

    To do this you must:

    DISTRIBUTE & COLLECT

    PRINT & SIGN

  • SUPERVISEMake sure Student Ambassadors are

    Presenting the survey instructions in a clear and professional manner.Not tampering with survey questions or instructions and are collecting all surveys.Giving students up to 1 hour to fill out their survey.

  • DISTRIBUTE & COLLECTWhen the survey starts, please help the Ambassadors hand out materials to each student in the classroom.

    Each student should receive:1 survey1 instruction sheet1 pencil

    When students have completed their survey, they may keep their pencils.

  • PRINT & SIGN

    Once the Ambassadors have collected all the completed surveys, please sign your name on the back of the sealed envelope.Dont forget to thank the students and instructor for their time!

  • REMEMBER

    You are representing Mohawk College in the classroom, please conduct yourself in a professional and helpful manner.

    No cell phones during this experience. Turn it off or silence it as you will only be involved for 25-50 minutes. Spend your time observing the class!

  • In a few weeks, you will be assigned to classes based on your provided availability.

    You will be contacted by the email address you have provided.

    Please come to each assigned session 5 minutes before the class starts to meet with your Ambassadors and introduce yourself.

  • Let Brandy Strangway know ASAP if there are any changes to your scheduled classes.

    Schedules may change so make sure to check your email to confirm!
