EVALUATION
At the end of the discussion, the clients are able to:
1. identify the procedures of NB Screening;
2. cite five diseases that can be corrected by NB Screening; and
3. explain the importance of NB Screening.
Visual Materials NB Screening Kit Baby Dummy Bonnet, mittens,
kamisa-chino, bigkis, boots, and bib
1. Motivation: Mary went to Town GameMechanics:a. Three teams,
five members, will play this game.
b. Each team will have a baby dummy placed on a table at the other end of the room.
c. Beside the baby dummy are the materials needed in dressing the baby, the bonnet, kamisa-chino, mittens, bigkis, boots, pants and bibs.
d. The team must fall in line.

e. When the go signal is given, the 1st player will go in front and dress the baby. He is only allowed one item in dressing the baby.
f. When he done, he needs to get back to the line and tap the second player.
g. Same applies for succeeding players.
h. After all players are done and the baby has been dressed up, the team will bring their babies to the judge. It is up to the judge to decide who shall be the winner.
i. Basis of the winner is the baby who is properly and
correctly dressed up.
2. Ask the clients their knowledge about NB Screening.
3. Define NB Screening.
4. Discuss the five diseases that can be corrected by NB Screening.
5. Show pictures of NB having five diseases.
6. Familiarize the clients for the instruments, materials, equipments needed for NB Screening.
7. Demonstrate the procedure of NB Screening to the clients.
8. Ask the client to perform again the procedure of NB Screening.
9. Ask clients the importance of NB Screening.
10. Further explain the importance of NB Screening.
11. Evaluate clients through oral Recitation and stimulation games.
